I just received a threatening call from this number. There was a convenient silent pause where he was supposedly going to say who it involved. I never return unsolicited calls and especially one who threatens me with legal action over the phone. It’s a robo call since he doesn’t respond if you say something and withe silent pause. I don’t have anything that would remotely cause a call like this to be legitimate. Please beware and do not return the call.

Yes same as all the above to both my husbands phone and mine. Message left from Mark Danial’s re:  MAC and moving fwd with filing if we don’t callback.

Same bs scammer threating to file whatever he is filing but called restricted no number

Called saying there was fraudulent activity on my social security card.

I just got one too. It said if I know (pause) but then it didn't say a name so I have no idea who he is even calling about.

It didn't leave me a name either. Called my work phone.

I received the call today. It had a blank where they were asking for a specific person. I called the number back and had no sound for a while. After about 30 seconds it went to hold music. I held for 6 minuets and the hold music went blank and started again. After holding for 10 minutes I disconnected.

Mark Daniels voiced I had a 3 pm interview. Have my interview # ready along with authorization code. If I misplaced the code call before 3 to get it. This same man called me about a week ago stating I was a person of interest in a legal matter. Totally BS. I have not set up an interview with anyone nor do I owe money.

Every week they call. First trying to scam me saying I need to call asap or people will come find me. Now it's the same voice, different name saying there's fraudulent activity going on with my bank account. Scam scam scam. They've been calling leaving messages for 2 months, all different scam stories!

They want to prosecute me for fraudulent. We are living in critical times. People are fierce without love of goodness and lovers of money.

I got a call from number 833-505-1608, asking for my husband. They said he used our routing number to pay some place i didn’t recognize. Said he owes $893.43. Said this was from June 19, 2014. I said I was going to contact my bank about this. Such a scam. I even said to the guy, I’m pretty sure I would have known from my bank if my husband tried paying something and I had insufficient funds when it tried to go through. When I told him I was going to contact my bank, he said, well your bank won’t know. Wow. He ain’t fooling me outta $893.43.

It's a scam and has the same voice from other scams that use spoof numbers I've been getting.  Fake debt collection most likely.  Doesn't even say my name in the robocall.  How lazy are these criminals?

Robo call, threat and intimidation... caller (Sabastian) stated they must speak with me regarding a bank transaction to my account but when the name was being spoken it the recording became garbled. Complete Scam, Scare tactics from a local area code.

I received a scam call from "Betsy Castro" claiming that she had been appointed to represent me concerning fraudulent activity involving my social security number. The message began by a female stating that she was trying to reach . . . (no sound). She then instructed me to press 1 and wait for a message. The person then made the claim about representing me in fraudulent social security matter and told me to call her at 833-505-1608. I previously received a scam call from a man claiming to be Marc Daniels who told me to call the same number.

Call the FTC federal trade commission at 1877 FTC help or put in a complaint@ftc.com. They are scammers in the user personal information if they can get it.  They need reported
