The Head Title and message says it all. And the truth in the matter is no one is supposed to send you a voicemail message that sounds like a threat if I didn't respond right away. The phone number was hidden from my caller id. Who are the they about? Please tell me.

Same call from Marc Daniels and they keep calling saying I took out a 1000 pay day loan from a county I didn’t live in and that also doesn’t have any payday loan places....call 5-6 times a day sometimes and leave a message very similar to the ones you guys have listed

Called for me saying someone is using my bank account. Call this number and ask for Mr. Sabasion.

I just got a call from a local number saying if this is then it went silent and said something about my bank acct and said to call this number. I already assumed it was a scam so im not even going to call them back. I check all cc and bank accts everyday so i know if theres anything crazy going on with my accts.

Same type of message. Regarding money laundering and drug activity. Call them back or they would proceed in filing and call disconnected

They leave me 5 messages a day no matter how many times I tell them that I know they are scammers and to quit calling me. Say the same thing that I admitted it on a recorded line. She actually yelled at me this time. Maybe this time they will get it because I yelled back.

I keep getting this number calling my mother about me and I called it no answer , I'm wondering what to do .

Yea just like everyone else I have had this number call me numerous times. And its always a voicemail. No one calles over the phone for these situations. Scam just like all the other calls we receive. So many of them.

Betsy Castro saying she has my social security # on file. this is a huge scam and these people need to be stopped. I owe nothing to anyone. stop calling

This is mediation account center.  I was able to confirm that they are a scam debt collection company.  I reached out to the attorney general of FL since they have a fl address which is bogus as well.  That was confirmed by the BBB.  They are littered with complaints and to stupid to get another calling list since we clearly aint buying this.

Mark daniels has been calling me for the past 6 months or so and leaving threatening messages for an ex of mine that i have cut all contact with for the past year and a half. I finally called back and said what i had to say about it...He was rude and sarcastic. Of course, i did not mind putting him in his place.  Does anyone know if a harrassment suit could be filed against him?

It's a scam.  IF she calls again, say that you are reporting her company's call to the FBI and FCC.  Otherwise, let the case go to court for legitimizing the case.

Why would someone tell them that they are reporting them to the two agencies that won't get involved in this?

Calling with aggressive tone like it's urgent and authorities looking for us. All lies.

Keep getting messages from multiple phone numbers from the same person.  Blocking the phone number doesn't stop the calls.  Caller identifies himself as Mark Daniels for the Mediation Account Center.  He says my ex-wife is the subject of a claim he has been hired to collect on.  Probably a scam, but who knows what the ex-wife is up to!
