    ECloud with this associated number placed a $45 fee to my bank that I didn't authorize. I called them and they stated that they will take the charge off 3-6 business days.  But I'm very concern as to how I got charged in the first place. I don't need any extra "storage" for my Apple account, as I rarely use it.

    This company called Ecloud took $45.00 out of my checking account without my authorization. I called and was told that it would take 5-6 business days to get back into my account. Today is day 9. Called them back and said it was already put back into my account I told them that it has not been put back in and that I wanted my money. Lay stated that I needed to send them my bank statement to prove I had not received the money. I told her to go screw herself.

    Same thing happened to me-saw a $45.00 charge on my checking acct-which I didn't approve - never even heard of ecloud secure-called my bank and told them I have no idea who this company was that submitted the check-Wells Fargo said it was a company called eclound secure-she gave me contact number-I called 844-254-0040 today s/w Maurice who had my address, phone number and other information-he told me I applied on line for extra storage for my apple account-I don't even use that account -told him  I never authorized any thing to his company and that I wanted this cancelled and wanted a full refund of $45.00 put back in my account!  He told me it will take 4-6 for refund......and said he closed the account!  Guess I'll see what happens next!

    Had an unauthorized $45 charge as well. Don’t understand how a company who claims to be professional can make these unauthorized charges.

    It seems they have a habit of doing that.  Lots of complaints at the BBB and they all seem to be the same thing.  They excuses are they same also "Someone gave us that information".

    Same thing happened to me- I caught it last month and emailed them. No response, now they did it again. I am reporting it to my bank to remove the charges- I never authorized this is a scam

    On April 27, 2018, there was a $45.00 Charge taken out of my Account, by Ecloud Secure.  I have Never heard of this Company, or Authorized this Charge.  I am calling my Bank first thing Monday Morning, to dispute this Charge.

    Just found out $45 was taken out of My Bank Acct. 4/23/2018 UNAUTHORIZED I OWN NOTHING or have NOTHING I would Need E Cloud Secure for......I just got off the phone to DISPUTE. I am so OVER SCAMERS

    It happened to me they gave me my address & I haven't lived there for 8 yrs. They gave me a confirmation number when I called & told me I should have it back in my account in 4 to 6 days I guess I will find out.  Still no idea how they got my information

    Total scam!  I never signed up or would sign up for this and just noticed this random $45 from my account.  When I looked at the check, it was from a previous name and an address from over 10 years previous.   I called my bank and stopped payment and filed fraud.  I received a call back from them and they try to keep you on the phone to get more information in which I would not give them anything.  I ended up just hanging up on "Jason".  SCAM!

    They did the same thing to me. Charged my account using an address i have not lives at for over 5 years. Got charged $45! Called my bank to file a dispute. Called eCloud at 4-844-254-0040 talked to a James who said I supposedly received services from them. Requested to get my money back, said he closed my account and I should be receiving my refund within 4-6 business days! I better be getting my money back! FRAUD!!!!!

    I noticed this charge on my account today. Looked the company up and have never heard of this company before. When I called they knew all my info and said I’d get my $45 refunded in 4-6 days. I’ll be keeping an eye out for my refund! Such a scam.

    Just noticed $45 taken out of my account. Same story as everyone else? Never heard of them. Called my bank to cancel transaction. I just don’t unduwhy this keeps happening after all of our posts. BBB needs to step it up and so their job!’
