I stupidly haven't noticed these $45.00 charges since last August.  Have one pending this month, so called bank to dispute.  I'm disputing all, they recommended I close my checking account which I will do.  I should have noticed it much sooner.  Beware!!!!

Good luck getting more than the most recent charge refunded. It's your responsibility to monitor your account so it'll be quite surprising if your bank refunds more.

My bank does disputes 6 months back. Your right, its our job to monitor our accounts but hard working honest individuals shouldn't have to worry about some POS stealing our hard earned money.

You must have a good bank.  They are not required to honor disputes that far back.  The law is 60 days.

they started taking out $45 from my great-aunt's bank account 2 months after she died.

They got me for 15 months totaling $675. Bank only refunding me 90 days worth. Pissed!!!

This happen to me today expound $45.00 from my account, I didn’t authorize it.  This need to stop!!

TOTAL SCAM. Ths company deposited a penny to to verify my account .
I called my bank and reported the transaction as fraudulent. I place a stop payment for future transactions. And will monitor to make sure nothing is taken out.

I just noticed they took $45 out of my account yesterday, unauthorized. I’ve been on hold 25 minutes so far.

They took $45 out of my checking account, unauthorized. I had never even heard of them until I saw the transaction on my account. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes trying to get through to someone there to get my money back.

I notice a charge of $45 unauthorized to this company I called the phone number that the bank gave me spoke with Anthony, I told him I had no knowledge of this company. He assured me that the account was closed. But I will be filing a complaint I also have the reference number that he provided to ensure it was done.

You won't see a refund. Someone subscribed to this in my maiden name. The money wasn't in the account and it overdraftsed it and they won't pay for it.

This company is a joke. A fraud.

Sounds like you need a new bank.

That doesn't make any sense.  Why would the bank overdraft the account if the money wasn't there to begin with?  If this subscription was made in a name other then your current name it would not be valid as well.

Just found out this company is taking 45$ out of my account since October! Never heard of them , I should of been looking more closely at my account but with everything going on who has time. I’m going to call the bank today wish me luck!!!Upset

This is an absolute SCAM! Please go to your bank and do a dispute of ACH and also call the Federal Trade Commission and report them too.  This is a phising scam.  This business is running a CON. If you google this number of 8442540040 you will see how many people they have scammed. Including older ones.  Some have been gotten months and did not pay attention.  Fight back. They did me like this and I got my money back in 2 days.  I got everyone involved including the Federal Trade Commission. Don't give up!!!!!!
