I have found several with drawers on my savings account from this place called ECLOUD and I have no idea what they are for.

I'm sorry, but I can't resist. "Drawers" on your savings accounts? Now that's something I just gotta' see!

This company has been making fraudulent $45 charges to many people’s accounts labeled  ECLOUD. Happened to mine last week. I had never heard of this company and had not authorized any charges. Reported the charge to my bank and they said it is not their first fraudulent charge issue that has been reported from this company. Keep an eye on your accounts people. These guys are crooks!

I have no idea who or what this is but they took 45.00 dollars out of my account

I have called this telephone number and I get the automated answering service.  When I select a menu item I get no response.  They are taking money out of my checking account without my authorization.  I want it returned to me.
