- KeithH| 5 repliesSame thing happened to me. 2 months in a row charged $45 each month. I called and they said they will refund the money in 3-6 business days. How does this even happen? I guess I learned my lesson and must check my account more often.
- BigA replies to KeithH| 3 repliesI doubt you will ever see that refund. However you should be immediately disputing the charge with your bank as outlined in the card agreement you probably never read. You only have 60 days to do that or else you are out of luck. Yes, you should be checking your account several times a month and going over your statement with a fine tooth comb every month.
- Lisa replies to TinaSame thing happened to me and several other people. This company is a scam and thieves. Read all of the BBB complaints. They need to be sued and shut down
- Cathy replies to kathyThis same exact thing happened to my husband’s account. They said a “Delilah “ called and set up the recurring service. Delilah was our deceased DOG!!!!
- JLGKAG83I have all had the same experience $45 taken out without my permission. I contacted they claimed they would refund me in 3-6 business days. After 11 business days no refund. I contacted them and they claimed they sent it and the only way they would refund me my money is if I sent them a copy of my bank statement when I refused they got very rude. I told them if I don't get my refund soon they would be contacted by my lawyer. They then said "Are you threatening me?" I stated no just informing you of my next steps. When I googled the company I came upon many complaints. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint (I also suggested that they reference this site 800notes) a day after I contacted the Better Business Bureau the refund was in my bank account. So long story short all of you contact the Better Business Bureau and I believe you will get your refund!

- Brenda replies to Umm| 5 repliesBank is not open on Sat. This is a local bank/checking account. Not a big mastercard 24/7 customer service help unfortunately. I cant do anything until Monday.
- Tygerkat replies to Brenda| 4 repliesThere should be a number on the back of the card that you can call in situations like this.
- Brenda replies to Tygerkat| 3 repliesI called the number but it's the local bank with 8-5 mon-Fri hours. I don't want the account closed yet because I need it open for the refund. I'll open a 2nd account on monday with her $$. Ecloud did a 'trial" run on the account 1st depositing 1 cent before taking out 45.00. Unreal! They owe her 135.00!
- Tygerkat replies to Brenda| 2 repliesThere is no refund. Scammers don't refund their victims.

- Another One| 1 replyUnauthorized pull of $45 from bank. Not a debit card transaction, but a pull using my account and routing number. I have never heard of eCloud Secure until today. I have nothing in my email regarding eCloud. Extremely sketchy. I am filing a dispute with my bank. The government needs to look into this. Only reason I have the phone number is because it is listed after eCloud on the bank charge.

- Andrewsame thing. have reported them to my bank, the police and the FBI. horrible to do this...
- Caller: just withdrew money no call
- psrThis is FRAUD. I know nothing about these scammers, but they got my checking account number and deposited one cent .01 into my account a few days ago. This is to find out if the account number is active. I got the email today saying they were going to charge me $45.00/month. I closed the bank account and filed an official Fraud Complaint at the bank. I suggest you monitor every account you have daily and file Fraud complaints with your bank if you see anything from these people. I will also be contacting my local Police Dept for guidance on which Federal agency to contact.

- allergictoscamsI didn't get a phone call from these people...but I did get an email saying that my 30 day free trial was almost up and they were going to start taking $45 monthly fee from my checking account. After reading these reviews, and the BBB reviews, I went to my bank. Sure enough, the ECloud Secure scam had deposited 1 penny to my account a week ago to see if my bank account was active. My bank was able to place a block on them, for up to $10,000 withdrawal. I also forwarded the email to the bank's fraud department. If you get an email, or a call, or any communication at all from these scammers, go immediately, in person, to your bank and get them blocked. I will be monitoring my account daily to see if they try to withdraw funds under any other scam name. Act immediately if you have any contact with these people...

I tried to call them but they are close at this time 7:27 am. Now I am reading that I am not the only one that have got through this. I am running to the bank to claim a dispute. Unbelievable!
