- Jay replies to joeChecked out an unrecognized charge for $45 and found they have been doing it for 3 months. Will call my bank first thing in the morning.
- Jim| 1 replyCompany had been taking out $ for couple months. The initial deposit date, withdraw coincide close with a new computer I bought and setup. Wonder if anyone else can verify this. Starting to wonder if their is a virus or spyware on my computer.
- BigA replies to JimI am sure that the new computer did not come with malware installed on it, assuming you purchased at a legitimate seller. How would they have gotten away with taking $45 a month for a couple of months without your noticing it? Also, what do you mean by "initial deposit"? Are you saying that they deposited money into your account?
- MikeHuntletonSeems some people may have signed up for a service and either don't remember or got tricked into it by signing up for something else on a website for something else. Jim may have agreed to it when making the purchase of that
new computer, without paying attention to the services/warranty offered by the sales person .

- K. LewisUnauthorized withdrawal of funds from checking account- fraudulent.. They start with a $0.1 deposit from ecloud solutions and then once your account information is verified they start doing withdrawals from your checking account in the amount of $45.00.
This company started this unethical practice going back to July 2017. They must be obtaining data that has been hacked and using it to setup user accounts. Then they start charging $45.00 fee for service that you never signed up for or knew about. They charge me Nov 2019 and when I called the person sound like they are from India very difficult to understand. Told me I had signup on their web page otherwise how would they have all my information. Everything was correct except they had a very old work phone number that has not been used for over 5 years. This company needs to be investigated because they are ripping many people off,- Caller: 1-844-254-0040

- Ann replies to DawnJust had charges also. I am also interested in how they are getting all these account numbers, and are they working on finding out.
- Timothy ChangMade unauthorized payments through my bank account. I reported it to my bank and somehow they rejected my case, ecloud convinced them that I authorized the payment. Ridiculous.
If I did somehow authorize it it was done through a very sketchy manner. - angry manThis happened to me too a $45.00 charge taken out for 3 months. They had my routing number and bank account. I never heard of this company and never signed up for this. I called my bank and was told they will dispute and that I should come in tomorrow to close my account. I reported this to the FTC as fraud and will go to my local bank tomorrow to close out my account. This is a real pain and I wish I could get these guys back where it hurts because they're probably laughing their ass off on some yacht ripping people off like this.
- Sharon“Reoccurring” charges of $45 is being stolen from my checking account by “ecloud.” We don’t even own apple products.

- Amyi looked at my bank account today and saw a 45.00 charge on my account, contacted my bank advising this was not authorized, tried to go to their website and cannot get on will try calling at my lunch break. i dont get how these places can just do this and how they get the information.
- JustinThis was never a call, phone number is attached to transaction in my bank account. Total scam that I never signed up for. Based on timeline after comparing my account history and browser history, this goes back to Paypal. I was trying to send money from my Paypal account that someone sent me, but i wasn't allowed to send the money until I verified my checking account. It felt weird but I use Venmo(owned by Paypal) and already have my checking account on there so I figured shouldn't be a big deal. Welp I was wrong! I'd like to call to get a refund but based on what i've heard, that seems pointless. So now I will file a dispute with my bank, get my refund of only 2 payments and these crooks keep 1, then go through the hassle of creating a new checking account. It's pathetic people can do this so easily and get away with it.

- Carol replies to DawnThis same thing happened to me. I have no idea how they got all my information! Told I am to get my money back.
- slimi got lucky and caught the 'deposit' of 1 cent. i first contacted bank to flag my account of an unauthorized company and that there is to be no withdrawals from them. then i contacted this company and informed them i was not happy and that they are not authorized to deposit nor withdraw anything. i got the 'it's a free trial period'. i told them i didn't want their free trial and that no one here uses any apple products. he then told me 'it must have been a mistake'. i told it 'no! it's not a mistake! it's a scam!' and i want them to cancel their mistake before they take money they're not authorized to take.' all of a sudden he's trying to tell me they were trying to see who signed up for it and i cut him off mid-sentence and let him know the bank has already been informed that his company is to be flagged and not to allow any further 'deposits' of a penny nor withdrawals from them. he suddenly asks me if i want to cancel their service. duh! i told him since there is no service authorized i had better get it cancelled. he then gave me a cancellation number and told me that we can no longer use their company and i would not be billed once the 'trial' period is up. i told him he can cancel his 'trial' too!
yes, i was hot and yes, i was loud and yes, i let him know i was on to their scam.
he also sounded like he was from a different country....not the u.s.
needless to say, i am going to be watching my account closely in case they try to pull a fast one. then the claws will be coming out....not just the roar they got today!
good luck to everyone who they are scamming/trying to scam!- Caller: ecloud

- BigA replies to sueSo, when the 1 cent went through did you question your bank about it? Have you filed a dispute with your bank? Did they make a determination?
