Obviously a scam call.  Mark Wallace played a fill in the blank name recording.

These individuals are operating out of someone's basement.  They are not a legitimate registered entity which is why Do Not Call request, complaints to the Better Business or any other types of action against them will not result in anything.

Your best steps will be to download an app that will block the spoofed numbers they call from.

I revived a call they left a voicemail in regards of a formal complaint about one of sisters. They saying that if I have any info about my sister that the next step is to notify the proper authorities

Caller (automated voice) said they were calling because of a formal complaint against me. The number to call back is 844-369-0788. This is yet ANOTHER scam! don't call them back.... IS A SCAM!!!!

I called this number back and told the girl from India if they called back again I would report them to the Feds. If your number is on the DNC list, you can report these numbers. When I do that, they never call back

Hi Kelly I contacted my attorney they said that info is incorrect that if it was a pay day loan those indeed get filed in bancruptsy... this Mr Hamilton and the agency is def fraud... was advised by my attorney to block the number...

They called me saying that I made a loan in Hawaii in 2013 and I have been  living in California since 2011. But they had my old email address from high school my Social Security and my street address that I never use so I'm not sure  how they got all my information.  Also the loan was so small why would I bother of requesting for it. They also had my sisters phone number which she just had for a couple of months and my sister-in-law's number which I didn't have when I was in Hawaii so this has to be some type of identity theft

Automated scam phone call looking for Jennifer Haron 5 days in a row now. Saying if I know the where abouts of this person to call them or they will notify the local authorities. I called back 3 times telling them to take my phone number off their list that I don't know who the person is. Got hung up on all 3 times. I don't know how they got my number and don't know how to stop the calls. So sick of the stupid scams calls. These people need to get a damn life

This number called my work phone which is on the do not call list and is also unlisted stating they had a formal complaint against my husband's ex-wife. We've been married for 19 years so not sure why they would be calling me. It was automated and said that if I knew the whereabouts of her I needed to call them back at 844-369-0788 or their next step was to get the authorities involved. I did not call back and could care less if they contact the authorities to find her. Have at it! I haven't seen her in 15 plus years and my husband hasn't spoken to her since their kid turned 18 which was almost 7 years ago.

Hey Kelly it's absolutely a fraud. These guys have a list of names/numbers they were able to phish through various means. Hadn't gotten a call from them in awhile until yesterday on this new number. They got my bfs info from a text phish scam and now they call his whole family! Best thing to do is block the number and then the new one that will inevitably pop up. Any threat they make is false they just want more info to use against you. There is never any debt owed.

I'm sick of theses camera calling me. I went off on them and told them I was reporting the to the proper authorities, which I just did. It pisses me off that they get our info illegally

I received a call from this number. Mark Wallace said there was a formal complaint filed against me and they would turn it over to the proper authorities. I ignored it because I thought it was a scam until they called my 77 year old dad. I returned the call and was told that "someone" had turned my account over to them. They were not a collection agency, just the final step before charges were pressed against me for an insufficient check on the repayment of an online loan. He couldn't tell me the loan date or much of anything else, just that if I paid them $590 I would avoid court. I googled the number and saw all of this and told him that I knew it was a scam and I was calling my attorney. They called again today, when I returned the call it disconnected immediately.

Scam against my GF and went silent

Got called 2 days in a row about a formal complaint against a relative. Computer generated voicemail.
I called back and no answer, just music on hold during working hours. Pathetic. Why doesn't the US Congress do anything about this CRAP?

This person called me and left a message claiming he will turn my case over to local authorities by tomorrow.  Also called my relatives.  Called many times before with a similar threat from different numbers, different states.  These scumbags are scammers.  I am very locatable and if they were legitimate they would show up in several places the government would know to me and they would not warn me first.

I have received a call from this number, stating that they are looking for me and they gave my   Full name in it's entirety.  I did not remember the person's name but they said that there is a formal complaint filed against me and if I don't call back they will call the proper authorities.  I have read the other messages  on this board and I think everyone here for clarifying what I already knew. If these people call again, I will record the number and call the FCC. As a person stated above, nobody ain't got time for that!

You are absolutely right! The government and the proper authorities will not warn you. They will come straight to you and do what they need to do. These people are scammers and nobody here really has time for their B.S.
