They left a message stating I had a check fraud

Said she was from conserve collecting on a tax debt for the IRS. I laughed hung up and blocked the number.

It ridiculous how far people will go to try to steal your money.

Said he was from the IRS.  I told him his mother must be proud of him!

SAID IT WAS PERSONAL MATTER.

They said they were the IRS and that I had a debt!  Then, they wanted me to give them my social security number.  I told them that if they were from the IRS, they should already have my social security number.  Not answering any more calls from this place.

They been calling every day and is the same guy he said I'm debt with IRS

BEWARE  - Received a call stating they were collecting a Debt from the IRS (not true) .... I told them I would contact the IRS directly and hung up.  BEWARE

Called me did not answer called my spouse left a message with her saying I was in debt with irs thanks for sharing my “info” scam beware

asked to speak to my son.  He's 10.  Told them they had the wrong number and they hung up.

So did I and the girl said to me "she is"

She wanted me to give her my full name, my SS#, my address etc. I asked her to tell it to me & I'll verify. She said she couldn't. Not to mention, she asked if anyone was around me or if anyone else could hear her. Hmmmmm, doesn't sound right to me. I told her to just mail me a letter to the address she had on file. She then asked if I had not received the one they sent. She wouldn't give me any info. That was strange to me. I think it's a scam. One of those, buy a prepaid card and then pay my debt with that.

Let no message but when I called back they said they are a debt collector

According to the IRS, as mandated by Congress (who else would do something this stupid?), Conserve does have a contract to collect back taxes:  https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-business ... debt-collection

They must however follow all FDCPA rules while collecting.  Unfortunately they never have been able to follow those rules before so there is no hope they will do so now.

Unfortunately, you should be 'concerned' - IS true.
They are a 3rd-party collection agent for the IRS, duly authorized.
Ignore them at your own peril folks - they're calling you for a reason.

Said they were IRS calling to collect a debt. Asked if anyone was around me that could hear our conversation. When I said yes she wanted me to give her a better time she could call. I said never and hung up.

She said she was calling about a Debt from the IRS. Funny thing is, she wouldn't or couldn't verify my address, SS#, the amount etc. Sounded like she was eating food while talking to me.  It's always the same exact voice. And then they called a number that I don't give out. Hmmmmm. I told them I'm broke and quit calling.
