Everything that person wrote is legit and it was carefully explained including the letter that you mentioned.  Odd that you claim to have read the post and missed that part.  Maybe you didn't read the post and then simply assumed that it was wrong?

Don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. If it's really important and legit,. they would leave a voicemail and since they don't.....

Got a call from this number too my business everyday saying I owe the IRS money. I called my accountant and said we are current with the IRS. I believe its a scam of some sort to get money or a social security number.

844-853-4875 is the main telephone number for Conserve. They are contacted bu the IRS. You can look it up at www.irs.gov..They dont ask you to send any money to them. They get resolutions for IRS by setting up Pay arrangment directly with IRS or providing information for other types of resolutions, if a payment arrangemnt is not affordable
