Keep getting calls from this number saying they are freezing my bank accounts and tax returns.. I haven’t answered,  only receive voice messages.

Same as above, not answering, caller ID shows a California number.  Receiving messages about motion to freeze all bank accounts ans tax return.

Recieved a voicemail stating, "This is not a solicitation call please listen to this message entirely there is currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank accounts and tax returns bearing your name and Social Security number to review all immediate rights and details and avoid all further proceedings please contact our office at 844-880-5803 or press one to be transferred to a case manager…”

I have received the same call from California with the voicemail message "This is not a solicitation call. Please listen to this message entirely. There is currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank accounts and tax returns bearing your name and Social Security number. To review all immediate rights and details and avoid all further proceedings please contact our office at 844-880-5803 or press one to be transferred to a case manager…"

Unsolicited call to stop locking my bank accounts and tax returns

Scam:  4084091334 called 2x in a row right after the other...Received a voicemail stating, "This is not a solicitation call please listen to this message entirely there is currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank accounts and tax returns bearing your name and Social Security number to review all immediate rights and details and avoid all further proceedings please contact our office at 844-880-5803 or press one to be transferred to a case manager…”

So some other number [(408) 409-1334] called with a recording that they were going to freeze accounts, etc. I pressed 1 and then pressed 1 again to talk to someone. It was ACC offices. The woman who answered said that they don't call people, which is weird since they called me. I gave her my number and she said they were looking for me, which I denied I was that person and it was about a 2013 Ford Fusion, which I have never owned. I denied knowing myself and we parted amicably. [***] scheme to get people to pay for things they never owned.

Same as above, saying that my accounts/tax returns will be frozen due to "a motion being filed," even though I am not behind on any bills or payments. I'm fairly certain that any legitimate company would at least leave their name with the message.  At any rate, unless actual court papers show up, I'm not calling back.

I'm getting continuous calls from this number even though I've blocked it.

SCAM. FRAUD  Report such instances to the FTC.     Search consumer complaints, FTC and report them!

This number called my daughter looking for me but used my ex last name which I’ve not used in 15 years. Supposedly for Mark One Credit/ at first he said it was about a car then when I said I never had that car , he said it was a credit card. This has to be a scam. Threatening lawsuits a f freezing up bank avcvounts.

Same as above...  just got this as a Vmail today since I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know - relieved to see others getting it as well.
