Calls from the number , 408-409-1324 to say you must call another number, 844-880-5803 about bank account about to be frozen. It is a TOTAL SCAM. All they have is your number and they don’t even make sure they’re calling a certain NAME. Real businesses make sure they are actually speaking to the correct person first, before relaying any information about their call, or, they have you call them back before indicating any consequences of not paying a bill. Only Scams try to hook you in like this to get a call back without knowing who they are really calling.

This is a TOTAL SCAM. It’s not legitimate, go ahead and BLOCK both numbers they use, 408-409-1324 and 844-880-5803.

I just received this message too. I am a lawyer. I called back and said I was confused about how this happened. I was given the run around and finally said I was a lawyer. They hung up immediately. Another time I called for the fun and said immediately that I was a lawyer and they asked for my "bar number " to prove it and then hung up. Total scam. Polished but a scam.

This company is a scam trying to collect on old credit cards out of statue ane can not legally do anything to you contact the federal trade commission or your attorney general

Just received a message stating the same as above. How do I get my number off these call lists? This is obviously a scam. Sick of these crazy calls. Thankfully I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

I, too, have received the same call. Just ignore because it's obviously a scam!!!! Block the number is what I do.

Same as above but I pushed 1 to talk to someone because I wanted to find out what was up. It wasn't for me, it was them trying to reach my ex daughter in law but they wouldn't say what it was about. Ever since the gov shut down, I've been getting multiple spam calls a day.

Repeatedly calls. Claims to be ACC a legal firm handling a lawsuit against me. I told her not to call anymore as there is no lawsuit against me. She said she will continue to call. I have blocked this number but I am certain that I will have to block many more. Odd that the calls started after the Trump alert. Always on my cell, never my home phone.

What "Trump alert" would that be?

The "gov shut down" has nothing to do with you "getting multiple spam calls a day." The scammers ignore the DNC list when it ISN'T shut down so why would it matter to them now that it is?

Just got call from this number didn’t answer the message said freezing bank accounts it’s a scam

I have received the same call from California with the voicemail message "This is not a solicitation call. Please listen to this message entirely. There is currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank accounts and tax returns bearing your name and Social Security number. To review all immediate rights and details and avoid all further proceedings please contact our office at 844-880-5803 or press one to be transferred to a case manager…"
