Any further contact..happing to me today....

These folks are fishing for really old debt,possibly 10 to 15 years old. They purchase old debt, maybe third or fourth hand, and they are trying to bully you into paying.  Even if the debt has been discharged through bankruptcy, they can still TRY to get you to repay the debt.  Block the number but once they are on your scent, they will call time and time again from other numbers.

I too talked to the same kind of guy from ACC Consulting in San Jose, CA also trying to collect a debt that is past statute of limitations. Trying to get me to make him a counter offer and he would take it to his lawyers. I declined and said I didn't know the company he was calling on behalf of and would have to do some research. I contacted www.suethecollector.com to see where I stood. They looked up the phone number and told me it traces back to a UPS Store, IT'S A SCAM, just block the numbers and keep reporting on them.

Same msg as all the above. I never give my info over the phone and I never ever answer these calls. I just check the number out online and see it's a scam and avoid the aggravation.

This is the tenth time they've called

I keep getting this message: Recieved a voicemail stating, "This is not a solicitation call please listen to this message entirely there is currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank accounts and tax returns bearing your name and Social Security number to review all immediate rights and details and avoid all further proceedings please contact our office at 844-880-5803 or press one to be transferred to a case manager…”

Same message as earlier. I did not answer or call back. Says there is a motion being filed to suspend my bank accounts.

Received various scam calls from this number.

Same caller threatening to suspend all bank accounts and has SS#..

Did they say they're from ACC Consultants because that's what they're telling me it's kind of scary that they can get the last four digits of your Social and your birthday and your address

The number called leaving a voicemail which was the same message on repeat. The message was the same as above. Called back to no answer.
