Same As All of the above.  I received this call saying they were doing the same things as others have said.  I will not even entertain it.

I returned their call and spoke to a man who was very good at attempting to fool people into thinking they owed money for an old debt. In my case I went through bankruptcy in 2010 and all my debts were discharged. He said "Not the one for $9,000 to CHASE." I explained to him over and over that all my debts were discharged. He insisted CHASE hadn't been. I got really angry with him and yelled at him (talking OVER him)that anything he wanted to tell me related to this phone call he must put in writing and send to me. He said, "They don't want to waste time writing."

Same as all the above. I asked for them to email me information and she said she would have her assistant send me paperwork. As of now I received nothing and they will receive a piece of my mind if they call again.

Email is not a legal method of debt validation. Nor are phone calls, texts, or faxes. Only good old US mail.

My wife called that # back and they've had all of her information, address, social, etc. And that scared her. So she talked to the manager and he said she owes $2,700 to a department store(Bonton) went out of business few years ago. That store didn't even have one location open where we live when they were in business. Anyway, my wife and he had a yelling match and he said she'll be served with some paper works from the court and hung up. My wife got very upset. I told her not to worry about it til she gets something in the mail.

Got the same threatening phone call a few minutes a ago and one last week also.

This is the third call from these people I have no idea what they're talking about stating it's if I don't respond they will continue with class-action taking bank accounts house Etc

I keep getting calls from this phone number.. can't find anything out online about this cormpany.
