I have contacted these people and asked for them to stop contacting me and they will not!  Please make this go away

the number belongs to Devrie University and they are calling in response to an ad you had attempted to get more information on.  The latest ad is for a Grant to pay for your education with them. If you call them from your cell phone and ask them to remove you from their call list, they do it promptly!

It is a college call center and what it is, you request information online for any schools they receive your number in their data base and they give it to all online colleges to recruit you.

Its a phucking College. I told them to stop calling and they keep on. Even on Saturday morning.

I have received as many as 4 calls in a day from this number (8477838966). I have told them several times to stop call me. My number is also on the Do Not Call List. How can I stop them from calling my cell phone over and over??????

This number is commercial concerning where to place you if you want to further your education.  It's a gimmick to get you to sign up for there services.

this # has only called about 8 to 10 times in the past 2 days.

I don't know how my brother got connected with these "guys" but they won't stop calling even though we asked them to put us on the do not call list. Effing [***] need to be sued..

This is sad because all people want is to get info on colleges for online classes but unless you give your phone number they would not give it to you, it happened to me I filled this thing online requesting college info for online classes and looking to start in 6 months ooooh  the second I press submit the darn calls started and let met tell ya .... this people WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR ANSWER!!!, there was one that said to me "if you did't wanted call you should never apply for info", it ain't that a B.....h!!! I do not know why they say "THIS IS FOR YOUR CONVINIENCE" to take online classes when you can not even get proper info with this morons that call you every 5 min .... good God Almighty !!!

WE asked for it. I applied for information on financial aid and online college courses. I gave my cell number by mistake instead of a land line. They have a special ring tone and I'll ask them to stop calling when I decide on which online college I'll be attending. I believe it will be AIU.

You call them and stop having them call you. Or ignore the calls...They'll get bored calling you. It works.

When I call the number back, it says it is the "American Intercontinental University admissions department".

Ok, I've been getting multiple calls from this number and when I called them back they said it was in regard to an online request for information on American Intercontinental University I placed.  They even had my name, but I've haven't looked at college information in years.  Makes me wonder if they're getting it from another company so now I have to figure out who's giving out my information.

Did you request info from Phoenix, ITT, AIU or any of the sorts?, bet your # is being traded, hence the persistance in phone calls. Go to your states web page and report the unsolicited #'s.

I requested info from Phoenix and i am getting phone calls from places I didn't ask to call. The fact that you cannot procede to get the Info you want without being forced to give your phone number wil make you a hostage.

Look at the people you requested Information from last, no matter whom it may have been, last 15 to30 days.

These people called my cell phone 8 times over the weekend!  I called them back from a pay phone (yes, they still exist) and asked who they were.  I was told, "American Intercontinental University."
