Theyre actually based out of Texas. I have forwarded the company info to the FCC, but the FCC refuses to look into the matter, they just send a generic reply about the Do-Not-Call list.

Hey I dug up my info on this company. Use it when you file your complaints with the FCC so these jackholes go to jail - theyre a us based corp.

I asked a rep who signed their paychecks, pretending i was ready to sign up with him (so he could get comm most likely), but was cocnerned it was fake. He gave me the info of Genesis Capital Managment Inc from TX.

Went to http://www.switchboard.com, clicked on on search by phone tab and entered this number It gives the name and address of the person to whom the phone number is registered. Try it and make your own judgements or actions.
So far I have only one phone call from them but if it becomes a regular thing then we shall see what happens. It gives the persons name, address and that they live in Lynn Haven Florida.

I don't know what their scam really could be because they always hand up on me.  Maybe I don't sound like the kind of person they want.  I wish someone would figure out how to shut them down, they're annoying as all sh*t!

I just got a call from Heather in account services today.  For the first time I was not hung up on when asking for company information.

 I talked to Christopher Lord and he told me that multiple companies use the same autodialer service and that company simply routes the calls to them.  He said his company was called IXE Accelerated Financial Services out of Florida, supposedly the IXE are the owner's initials, Ivan Xavier but the agent did not remember his last name, he said it was a latino last name.  Well I asked him if I signed up with his company if the calls would stop, and he said that since other companies use the same calling service that he couldn't be sure about it.  He gave me a number for his company 888-226-5185, which matches what comes up on the website: http://ixeacceleratedfinancialservices.com.  I kept leading him on telling him about my debt and that I kept almost finishing the deal with the other callers but they always hung up, he insisted that it must be the other companies that use the Heather dialer.  I asked him for information about the dialer company so I could get my name off of their list but he refused then said that it was run by xperion a credit company, which sounds like total BS.  So I made him wait for about 15 minutes while I was "searching for my credit info", then I hung up on him.  I called the 888 number and asked to be taken off the list and they said OK, then I asked for the information for the dialing company and they refused.  I told them that their activity was illegal and she insisted that since I pressed "1" that I was asking for the call, obviously ignoring the spoofed number the fact that I am on a do not call list and the use of a prerecorded message for sales purposes.  Total jerks.  I insisted to speak to a manager and she said she was in charge and that I had to simply complain to the authorities if I didn't like their answers.  I made a complaint on the Florida website who knows how much that helps.  But at least I found a name for a company that actually admitted to calling me.

I wrote an email to Mayor Kelly of Lynn Haven Fl. and told him of the lists of people and said that I was going to post that we should all vacation in a different warm state for the next few years.

Phone numbers can be "spoofed" on caller id but from what i've read, until the call is actually answered [machine or human] the true number is visible and once it connects [gets answered] the bogus "spoof" number bumps in - anyone catch that going on?

All these guys want are your credit card number; no 'do-not-call' list is going to deter them; yes, they hang up; I just got two calls within twenty minutes.  Everyone's got to stop acting like these are businessmen.  These are criminals, nothing more.

I've been on the National Do Not Call List for a while now and these people continue to call me and when I ask to talk to a live person once I tell them I'm on the list they hang up and call back days or weeks later.  I finally got fed up and called the Lynn Haven City Hall and was informed that it's out of their jurisdiction since I live in Illinois and that I would have to take it to my local police to get something started. She said that there is nothing they can do to stop them from "harassing" (her word)me until they have a report from my police. There's no way the police in my area are going to do anything about this.  Basically, unless you file a complaint with your police department where you live you are screwed. Federal laws or not they can continue to harass you all they want.

After harrasing these fools a little longer I am hearing from them that there are a bunch of different companies that are all somewhat connected.  So I got another number for these jerks that we can call.  888-226-5185. I called them again today and they won't give me their address or won't transfer me out of customer service.  When I mentioned their tactics were illegal they said that I agreed to the call when I pressed 1.

I have received a call numerous times from "Heather at Account Services" and sometimes it says "Consumer Services."  My caller ID says "Unknown Call." I have pressed 2 to be removed from call list and I finally tried pressing 1 three other times to speak with a person and find out who they were and to be removed from the list.  They just said "Account Services" was their legal name and they were out of Florida.  I asked their address and she said I clearly "wasn't qualified" and was wasting her time and hung up.  I told a man I spoke with that I'd tried to be removed from their list at least 10 times.  He said "keep trying" and hung up.

ixe accelerated financial centers called me 1 hr. ago they asked me how would I like to lower my interest rate on my credit cards, I said yes they told me they would lower my credit cards by $ 3,000.00 in 30 days or else they would refund the money I gave them $695.00 they gave me their web site and phone#(1-888-226-5185)I read this web site and I thought I would send you a message.Did I do wrong or am I in a scram ?? Could you verify this Please

I know this company really well,Their partner Jaime Hawley used to work for a friend of mine. on november 16 she planned a big robbery at his location with several other of the employees they took 8 main computers 5 LCD monitors along with other stuff.Ivan Xavier Estrella which is the other partner was also involved in this robbery.They had my friends database full of client info then proceeded to re-bill all the clients costing this company alot of lost money. stay clear from this company their nothing but a big scam and they'll bill your credit card 2 or 3 times. Ivan Estrella's cell phone number is 407 443-3330 feel free to call it anytime. This company is going down.

recieved same phone call told them to call back so i could check them out i did not trust them there web sight would not come up while i was on the phone with them they gave me the same phone number
