"Please call Kohl's Dept Store at this number: 1-855-219-9472" repeated 3x in my voicemail. I called their customer service number on my card instead and found out I had a legitimate unpaid balance.

Have received the same message several times. Says that it is Kohl’s and than I need to call them at the number.

Someone called me on yesterday saying that it was Kohls and i needed to call them, 3 times it was repeated, i just called kohls they said it was not them that called.

The number is called and repeated on my voicemail. My credit report is not showing missed payments. I looked up Kohl’s number, and that is not their customer service number.

It finally just asks you to enter your borrh date after some automated prompts. Don't do it. It's some type of scam

They have been calling me 3 times a day for 2 days. I contacted Kohl’s at their real # and I don’t have a balance due or anything. Must be a scam.

Call identified as coming from Wisconsin asking me to call Kohl's Department store three times as others have mentioned.  Area code 855 is not assigned to a geographical area or time zone.  This is a scam.

It is not assigned to a geographical area or time zone because it is a toll free number and can be used anywhere in North America that uses the North American Numbering Plan.

I got two calls from this number asking me to call.  I just went to their site and learned I had forgotten my January payment.  This must be their credit department for collections.

We found the overdue Kohl’s bill in our files.  So the call looks as though it may be legitimate. Didn’t call any numbers they suggested since we found the forgotten bill.

Although some here claim they had a forgotten bill (shills, maybe?) I checked the Kohls AND Kohls credit web sites and we have no actionable items at either. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Legit. Called about my bill. I checked the website and the information matched up. I had forgotten to make hit accept on the payment I made online last week. Ooops!

Just to be clear: I paid it online not over the phone.
