Scammer telling me to call a number that is not kohls related.

Received call on my cell phone from this # that left voicemail.   Closed my account recently since I was compromised so no reason for them to call.

I got the same message.  I called Kohl's customer service contact number directly.  It was not them and I cancelled my credit card about 3 years ago.

Looks like they are back at it.  Phone number "came from" 903-593-8790 but said to call Kohls at 855 219-9472.

This is first time I've received the "Kohl's" voicemail. Correct - the first request to call Kohl's, the number is a bit garbled, then loud & clear for the 2nd / 3rd requests. I checked account online. I haven't owed anything since Oct was PIF. This is a scam (it's just luck of the draw a few forgot to pay - it's the holidays - we have more important things...) DON'T CALL THE NUMBER BACK (geez)

1-855-219-9472 comes up as a number in Wisconsin.

Automated caller repeats the request to call the number above stating it is Kohl’s. It is not. I have no account balance. This is a scam. People who do have an account balance and discover it due to this call have very coincidental situation. Beware! THIS IS NOT KOHLS!

855 is a toll free number.  It does not come up as being in Wisconsin.

Call from this# just repeats please call kohl's department store.  Checked my account and I had missed a payment by 10 days.  Never called the# but it appears legit.

Now the problem is that Kohl's like any other store does not issue their credit cards.  Their branded credit card is issued by Capital One Bank.  So you would not be told to call the "department store" but you would have been told to call Capital One Bank.  I also doubt that they would have bothered to call you about a late payment that was only 10 days late.  They would have simply tacked on a late fee to the next statement.  If you are going to shill here you need to try harder although I doubt that you have the intelligence to pull off a good shilling post.  Maybe you should have paid attention in school and then you could have gotten an honest job?

Keeps calling telling me to call Kohls

This number called me when I was shopping online at Kohl's website using my cell phone. I didn't answer the phone. And then received a message told me to call Kohl's at this number.

Multiple daily calls for MONTHS now, claiming to be KOHLS Department Store. Requesting SS# and other personal information. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Call came from 740-994-0532 and said "Please call Kohl's Department Store at 1-855-219-9472." The same message was repeated 3 times.
