- TracyI called it back and spoke to "Michael" who also gave an ID number. He said he was with Kohls and asked for my "full name with middle initial" and I said no. When I said I didn't know if he was even with Kohls he said "I assure you I am" and said he was calling from "the Caribbean and Belieze".
- Caller: ID said "ScamKohls"
- AndiThis number has called multiple days in a row. Always an automated message to call the 855 number. The number that called me was 903-593-8790, Tyler TX. I do not have an overdue balance owed, but I have recently used my kohl’s card.

- IngridAlmaI received a call from this number and the Caller ID said Kohls. I didn't answer the call, but I called the number on the back of my Kohls card and did in fact have an unpaid balance due. I recommend you call the number on your card just in case.
- JayBers| 1 replySame as above. Called once, very late in the evening, and left a VM repeating over and over to call the number and that they are Kohl's. I do have a Kohls card, however I am not late on any payments. I did not call it back.
- Caller: Kohls
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- BigA replies to JayBersIf you have a Kohl's card then you know that it was not issued by Kohl's so they would not be calling you and would not care if you did not pay the bill on time.
- Ronda replies to DianeI just received a call also and hung up.

- Karen O| 1 replyI received the same voicemail that others have reported. The "troubling" thing is that the caller ID actually said Kohls. I did not call the number but checked my account on line. I was current...no past due balance. These scammers are getting more sophisticated...be careful.
- Caller: Kohls
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- BigA replies to Karen OMost likely they spoofed Kohl's phone number since the CNAM portion of the Caller ID is put there by the phone company.

- RobI just got this same call. Caller ID said "Kohl's Department Store" Automated woman said, "Call Kohl's at 855-219-9472" three times, that's it. I looked up the number and found this site. I then decided to call the number I have for Kohl's, interestingly I'd just paid off the balance due an hour and a half ago! The Kohl's representative checked that number and said it did NOT show up as a Kohl's number. She spoke with her supervisor and they said if it calls back don't answer and definitely don't call that number provided. They said my payment went through fine and my account was at zero balance due.

- PatriciaThis is a scam. The number is not even related to Kohls although like many on here the called ID does read Kohls when the call comes through. Don't call this number and don't pick up. The store has no reason to call you.

- Bill replies to Carolyn WilliamsSame thing same message so I called my Kohl's and manager said it didn't come from Kohl's they don't call and say call them.
- BrittLike others, the voicemail I received repeated the message to call Kohl's three times. I have a Kohl's account, and just made a payment after realizing I had missed one by mistake. I can guarantee whoever this call came from is absolutely NOT Kohl's. This is not their customer service or credit card service phone number.
- Caller: "Robo Caller" -- VM claimed to be Kohl's

- VictoriaVoicemail telling me to call this number four times. I googled kohls customer service number and asked them and they said they don't have that number in their computer as one of their departments. It also said I had a zero balance. Don't fall for it, folks!!! Call the customer service number on the back of your card and ignore that number!
