left 3x voicemail. spam call. this is not Kohl's.

just received a call from this number. Quite a coincidence my wife and I  just received our Kohls bills today. Both bills were screwed up. This is a scam. I need to call customer service tomorrow. The store can"t help you.

As you know the cards are issued Capital One.  Kohl's has absolutely nothing to do with them.  That was clearly explained in the agreement that came with the cards as well as how to dispute charges.  Maybe you should have read it?

I have gotten multiple calls & VM's from this number.  I called my number for Khols.  They assured me that it was not them who called.

that number ask my info, i gave them last 4 ss? what I have to do right now.  I look over the number before i gave them my card number. But i provide them all other info about me. Can you help me with that?

The FTC has a website on "Identity Theft".  I would suggest that you read it and then follow those instructions.

Received several calls and messages.  Called back and CSR asked to verify birthdate and last 4 of SS# multiple times; I did not.  Absolutely do not give this information to this number!

I got a call that was labeled "Spam?Kohls Dept" on my caller ID. I answered it and it was just a message to call Kohl's at this number. I actually work at Kohl's and have a credit card that I actually just paid off today since you can make payments with your debit card in the store and it will be credited immediately. I didn't call it because I knew it wasn't legit. Scam, scam, scam.

It is definately a scam and don;lt put it past scammers to post otherwise here to support their cause

SCAM - Same as most here, received the automated call. Looked at account and had no overdue payment or anything.

Hard to believe the gullibility of the neighbour's to the south. Of course it's a scam, we've  received these calls and we don't HAVE a Kohl's  in Canada. Never been to one.

That number -- 1-855-219-9472  ISN'T a legit number for Kohls in any way. It is a scam. I just received a voicemail from Menomonow Falls, WI from the following #: 1-855-219-9472. A females voice repeats 3 times the (855-219-9472) and says they are from Kohls and to call them. Do NOT call them as they are Phishing and are definitely scammers!

Like I said before, Kohls does not issue their own credit cards. The only reason Kohls would be calling you is if you had an online order and there was a problem.

Continue receivng calls and messages from this number but have no outstanding balance with Kohls
