Robot calls like this one are usually bogus calls to trick you into giving the thieves your personal information.  Don’t call this number, but if you have concerns about your Kohl’s account, call the billing and payment number on the Kohl’s website under “Contact Us”.

I too have received a call/voicemail stating for me to call Kohl's at 855-219-9472, repeated twice. I checked my Kohl's account, which is in good standing.

I got the same thing and called the Kohls number on their website, and it was legitimate.  I was behind on a payment so please call Kohls before you ignore this.  I could be real.
