Received a voice mail from "Kohls". Four times the message repeated "please call Kohls at 1-855-219-9472". Nothing else. I did not call back.

received several voicemails repeating to contact Kohl's @ 855-219-9472 --- but caller ID says "Kohls 262-704-8208  and  469-730-9692 --- will not be calling them back - even with an outstanding balance - payments have been made. This is a scam

Caller ID says Kohls Corporation. Always an automated message saying call Kohls Dept Store @1 855 2199472. They have called 3 X's per day for the past week. I will not call it back. I do not have a Kohls account for one and for another if it were someone trying to collect on a debt why would it be an automated message? Dosen't make sense.

About 26 times this number called me, same as others.  SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT RETURN THE CALL OR GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE !!!

Be clear. No matter what some of the fake comments below- This is NOT REAL. There are small on here claiming it is legit. They are also part of this scam. They are trying to get you to give them personal information.  IF you had something due, you would not be getting a call from Kohl's. If it was way overdue it would have been sent to a collection agency. The scammers on here have probably fooled many. DONT BE FOOLED. SCAM

Partly true and mostly incorrect.  Kohl's would not contact you.  They were paid already.  The bank that issued their credit card (which you should already know since you send them the payment and it was clearly explained when you signed up for the card as well as in the card agreement that you never read) would have contacted you which would be Capital One, N. A as evidenced by https://corporate.kohls.com/Legal/CardmemberAgreement.pdf

Now, as to the collection agency part, I doubt that you would be turned over to a third party DC right away.  Could be months or even a year before that happens.

Keeps calling, automated robo dialer from a masked number claiming to be Kohl’s and asks you to call this number.  Kohl’s and their credit card have both confirmed to me that this is a scam call and there is nothing wrong with my account.  I used my customer service number on my card to contact my card, and Kohl’s customer service number from their website to contact them, not this unknown number.
