- LLDI got a voice mail rmessage today from somebody who identified herself as Olivia Watson from Legal Caring Services. The story was the same story that most stories here, talking about a summons. However she did not said who she wanted to talk to, neither who the summon was for, but asked to call 855-393-3793 for the filing party and be ready with 2 forms of ID. I checked my caller ID to know the origin of this phone call, and the number was 630-995-9299.

- Rebecca PepinI contacted this person, and he would not give me any information about his business. This is not a legitimate collection agency. If you are contact by this number, do not believe any of the threats they tell you.
I am an attorney licensed in the state of Colorado and called on behalf of one of my clients who is being harassed by this company.

- DebiJust received my 2nd voice mail from "Olivia Weston" from Legal Caring Services. This time she was going to give me a summons because I refused the last one. Since the last one (on 5/21/13) was never even attempted, she can threaten me all she wants. I've done nothing wrong and will continue NOT to be afraid of these people. They are scam artists.

- TamiGot a call from "Olivia Weston" from Legal Carrying Services. I called the number left on my answering machine (855-393-3793) just to flick them some grief. Same b/s that the other posts described. This is such a scam. They were looking for my "daughter" and gave me all kinds of information regarding her name, ss#, creditor, etc. Funny, I don't have a daughter.

- StaceyI got a voicemail from "Olivia Weston" from Legal Caring Services, saying I she had a summons to get out to me within 24 hours. I had no idea what this was about so I gave the phone number, 1-855-393-3793 a call to get this figured out. A man answered the phone and said he was trying to reach a woman named Sabrina. Once I let him know I was not that lady, nor did I know this lady, he said my number was removed from their system and then hung up. **THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST CALL I'VE RECEIVED FROM THEM** They have called me once before asking for the same lady and the same thing happened. So I called the number back again, got the same man, who wouldn't even let me talk...he just told me he had no business with me and hung up again. So I called him right back and demanded I speak with his manger or someone superior. He said he was the "Senior Paralegal" and that there was no one above him to speak with....I was pissed as all hell by this point because in each phone call he was rude beyond belief, cut me off everytime I tried to speak and told me to "spit out" my problem already...I told him he had terrible customer service skills and that I would be reporting him.
After some reasearch I found this website, which makes sense it's a scamming place because of how terrible he treated me and how rude he was and how he hung up everytime.

- KittyGot a phone call on my cell #000000000 so I did'nt answer. They left a msg. Olivia Weston with caring legal services. She was gonna come buy my home or work, and you know the rest of the story. Left a phone number 1-855-393-3793. Someone named Tracy Adams answered. Knew all of my husbands info & mine. Told me if I paid the credit card debt of $305.06 today on the phone, the she could remove the finance charges of $2200.00. of course I did not pay them. While I was on hold I googled the phone number, and ended up here. When she came back to the line, I deceiced the scam was gonna be on them. I gave them a old food stamp card number. She then thanked me for the payment and said she would send me the pay off copy.

- AnnoyedThese people or "Oliva Weston" keeps calling and threatening my family with a summons. I called them and they were RUDE!!! They said the summons was against my dad. I said if it was about a bill, it didn't exist anymore. She said it wasn't an issue with a bill. So I asked what it was about and she yelled YOU'LL FIND OUT WHEN YOU GET THE SUMMONS! and hung up. Has anyone ACTUALLY received a summons from them? This is getting ridiculous!

- Calling ShennanigansLike everyone else, I received the initial call from "Olivia Westin" from "Legal Caring Services" regarding a court summons, and provided the phone number for Swanson, Walker and Associates as a contact number if I had questions. I called the office, and spoke to an obnoxious and rude person who calls himself Timothy Ormand. Same story as everyone else, threatening a civil law suit for an alleged credit card date dating back to 2005. Offered a settlement of $1500, a one day only offer, or be sued for $7600. While on the phone with him, I googled the phone number and found this site and several others with similar information. I declined the offer citing concern this was a scam. Since then, I have done a lot of research on this company. There is literally nothing on the internet, aside from their own flimsy website, which indicates this company is legitimate. The BBB has given them an "F" rating. A web search of their address reveals a single family home in a residential neighborhood. They did not provide me with validation of the debt within 5 days of initial phone contact as is required by law. Since initial contact, Timothy has called family members to threaten me through them, and left several threatening voicemails. (Which is also against the law) Olivia has called several times and left voicemails insinuating I am evading efforts to summons (I'm not- I have my two forms of ID ready too!) and a default judgement will be made as a result, and again leaves s,w &a as a contact number. I did a judiciary case search of new york state, and called the courthouse in their county to check for pending litigation against me. There is nothing. I have since filed a complaint with the FTC. DO NOT give these people money or information. Don't allow them to bully or intimidate you. If you are afraid they will sue you, consult a lawyer and know your rights.

- ceathese people have called many times. do NOT give them any info. I have contacted the state attorney general's office in my state and in New York state. also will be contacting my state rep. and senator, congressman and senator. I strongly suggest that anyone who receives these calls to do the same. This is the only way to get this STOPPED! This is against federal law. They can be stopped. Do it today and DO NOT give them any money, this goes to the senior citizens that is their main target!

- RTI received a call stating I need to contact Olivia about a summons, otherwise I was subject to be summons at my home or place of employment. I called the number and talked to a David who at first sounded nice, when I began to ask for more information about this 2003 debt. He told me it was from Household Bank and he gave me the account#. I know I had paid this debt off, a few years ago. So while on the phone I grabbed my folder and pulled out my records of the previously paid account from years ago. He told me the debt was still on my credit report and for $500 he could provide me with a paid in full letter to clear it off my credit report.
I began screaming I'm not going to pay you on a debt that was already paid and was charged off 2003. He said he could negotiate a settlement offer for $300 with payment today. I told him I didn't have the kind of money, he put me on hold to talk to his partner and came back and said if you guarantee a payment today by putting some money down they would extend the date before filing the court papers. I began yelling at him again, telling him I had no debt or credit card to give him, I only pay by money orders.
He then said okay $200 but you have to give me a definite date when you can pay. I asked for his name, and the company address, cause I have never received any letters on this matter. He said he would email me the settlement offer and I was to call them on the day when I was sending the payment of $200. I knew this was a scam the entire time, once I told him I have a letter and paid Federal Money Orders to another company he then began negotiating with me. I also asked him to send me a letter in writing so I can have all payments made through my attorney. He then began talking rude to me saying I should be Thanking him for being generous and dropping the debt from $2000 down to $200.
I wanted the email to take to my attorney, I'm not going to pay twice on a debt. Haven't checked my credit report but assumed it was taken care of I never heard anymore from the original company ever again I paid them $300 for a $1000 debt over 2 yrs ago.
I waited 20 minutes checked my email and then called the number back to asked to speak to David
an older man with a deeper voice got on the phone and said this is David (liar) I told him what I wanted and he put me on hold same man with a deeper voice cam back on the phone and gave me different name Mike and said the secretary is working on the email right now and it should be sent within 10 minutes.
Needless to say 2 hours had past and this company never sent me an email. It was so hard to remain calm because I really needed that letter as proof they seriously were going to try and get money from me. I hope they do send me an email, cause I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.....BIG ASS SCAM- Caller: Swanson Walker and Assoc

- Charles replies to Jennifer B| 7 repliesMy wife received a phone call kind of like this on June 19. A guy named "Jonathon Stewart" called and left a voice message from this same number. He sounded kind of threatening saying that he had a summons in hand and that he would be visiting our house in the next 24 to 48 hrs if she didn't call him back. I attempted to return the call, but the number doesn't match the name.
I wouldn't worry about it. If someone is going to serve you papers, they don't tell you ahead of time. They just show up and do it. Not to mention the fact that if someone just shows up at my house I have clips and metal to make them leave quickly. I am going to call them tomorrow (Monday) to resolve this by telling them how full of crap they are, and demanding some sort of proof for whatever they say is going on.
Do not let them bully you around. People like this use abusive language and tones to try to scare you into getting what they want. Not to mention the fact that if you have committed provable Fraud, you would be having the police show up at your door instead of "Jonathon Stewart." Right?
