re  a debt that was made in 2006. For 2 payday loans.his name was shawn scott.He wouldn let me get a worn in. told me to go to Wahlmart and purchase a green dot card to send the money in.

In reading your post,  it's hard to understand whether it was you who did or did not make the debt.  Regardless,  Make him validate it in writing, via usps and provide validation that he can legally claim and collect the debt.  Never pay anything because some stranger on the phone tells you to.

keep getting these call from number theating me to come to my place of budiness or home with a warant! i called back and was directed to another number when i called the guy ttyed tp get my ss number which i told him no just the last 4 would i give him he said they were trying to collect a dept tp as bank from 2005! what dept as i havent done anything illegal when i asked to sent proof of alligations he said ir was beyonfd that time to late and i would need to make payments of 500 dollars asked foe my credit card i told him to fax info to my work which they did but no proof of alligations just wanting monety and letter head this is a scam!!

A s.o.b by the name of Victor Ambrose, called me regarding a fradulent check. first of all. I am not into cashing anybody checks but my own. what kind of business argue with the customers, low life ass, people need to get a life and find other things to do with there time besides calling people trying to scam them out of money.. PayDay Loans need to be investigated , they sell your information to these companies and they call people harassaing and threatening them, but I gave that [***] Victor ambrose the business, I bet his ass won't call my god damn number again.....

Christie, don't give that S.O.B  Victor Ambrose, none of you information, he's hard up for money, he called me , and i gave his ass the business, he got one more god damn time to call me, and i am going to have it in for his ass....he won't call nobody else., after I report him to the right superiors...

This Johnathan Stewart person called, left a disgruntled message saying that he has a summons in hand and will deliver it within 24-48 hours and to contact 855-393-3793. So of course I called. Victor answers the phone and I ask him what this is all about. He said that he has in hand signed affidavits from AccountNow and Global Payday. Apparently this payday loan was taken out on September 14, 2006 and because the statutes of limitations is quickly approaching, they are acting now. I asked them to email me all of the signed affidavits and other paperwork they have on this matter and was told that I would get it within 5 to 10 minutes. So far all I got was your typical "collection" letter. The funny part is that they said that after I took out this so called payday loan and the company went to collect, the account was closed. I know exactly when I closed this particular account. I called AccountNow for verification of when I opened and closed this account and explained what was going on. I was then told by the representative at AccountNow that it was a scam and not to give them any more information. And yes, I dare them to come to my house and serve me this so called summons and take me to court. They'll have to face my 7 pit bulls first!!

I got a call today and was scared because at first he had my old bank account which we closed ten years ago due to fraud!  I tried getting a word edge wise because he called my cell; and he kept saying I have an affidative. I told him what kind of affidative he said from your bank. I told him why would a federal bank that I have now be involved with this. I said hold on let me call my bank on this fraud alert and he said it was an old bank account; wouldn't give the bank account number or even the name of the real creditor.  I told that was 10 years ago and he said he still had 3 months and I asked Vicotor Ambrose what he was talking about 3 months and he said 3 months to collect or take you to correct. I explained the statue of limitation and told him I was not adhereing to his call and that I would call the attorney genreals and he started screaming I hung up; but I called back to ask for the address on Transit Rd in New york after several silence and transfer they gave me an address; I told the man I was going to report him to the authorites and the attorney generals and he said he did not care what The "Hell " I did. Anyways the street is fraud and the company is a SCAM

Have you looked up this address in google two such address one belonging to an old delapitated house and another to a two story home across from some store; I believe; does that not spell fraud. Also I have seen many website that are put up by scammers.

IT is against the law for them to threaten you with court or judgments, suit etc. If they were going to do that they have to meet statue of limitations, which is my guess this company is fruad. They told me they had an affidative from my bank and I asked them what type of affidative and he didn't know what to answer me he also states he was collecting for Global LLC Payday loans which was closed down by the feds. Also, they no longer do business.

These people are shady as f***!! I got a call from them saying I owed on Global Payday for a loan from 2006 and they were serving me papers. I have paid this debt to two other collection agencies over almost 3 and 4 years ago now and continue to be contacted by other collection places!! Keep all your paperwork for anything you pay them because someone will be calling you in another year under another name!!!!

Its so easy for them to get your information.... company sell bad debt up to 15 years after it went deliquent... I wish companies stop doing that cause once its sold, any & everyone can get that info and black market sell it. All they need is a hand ful of naive people to be scared and pay them.... SCAM

SORRY, no other bills for me to pay!!! These peopler are BS!!!!! I've paid this over 4 years ago to to seperate bill collectors!! Its bogus!!! Some people have a few bad years but do pay what they owe so when it's paid they can stop calling!!!! They will be shut down in a year or less and open up under a nother name!!!

I call BS on the Law firm, I just recieved a call telling me to call this # 855-393-3793, they claimed to be a paralegal from a law firm that has attempted to serve me? No one has attempted to serve me. Then he placed me on hold while attempting to locate my "file", I was on hold so long I was having a conversation with someone in my house and he came back on the line yelling at me for talking so someone else. He refused to give me any info re: "my case" said that the recorded phone call (yeah right, no audiable beeps) was going to be used against me in court for a default judgement. Supposable I wrote a check in 2008 to a Check N Go in Oceanside, CA????? and that they live for FRAUD, because it is my responsibility to pay for the fraudulany items then seek restitution from the party comminting the crime against me????? WHAT REALLY. I will see if they "serve" me any paper, According to him he doesnt need to serve me a summons now that he spoke to me, that he can get a default judgement against me... He wanted me to pay him $1054.24, yeaj right!

That is pretty much the same info he told me, he had all my info, social sec # address and phone #, I pay my bills and have never taken a payday loan out, but the address where he said I did this is right by my work? The guys who spoke to me wouldn't give me any info other than verify my info???? His name was Shawn Scott, he was rude and threatening. Then told me he didnt have to serve me that he could take the recorded call as proof pf them informing me of the Court date, which he then stated that he didnt have to tell me over the phone that he woudl get a default judgement against me???? I am so confused Who do we need to call about this?
