Make him mail you something showing what you need to pay and all the supporting documents, as soon as they do it is now a FEDERAL Crime because they utilized the US Postal Service to commit FRAUD.

I don't owe a dime to anyone ,   But I do love to troll this board and put little pebbles in your shoes.  Let people know that they have rights too, not just some beligerant big mouth making threats.  Why don't you shut up and sue instead of just threatening?  Your wasting everyones time.  Go ahead and   send out one of those "Paper Servers".    If it were me I wouldn't even mess with you. You'd have to validate everything not only concerning the ALLEGED debt but you shoes and shirt size.   Nothing makes me feel better than putting a stick in your spokes and just pissing you off.  When you respond on the board, obviously pissed,  then I feel like my work is done!!   Any legitimate collections business would gladly validate in order to expedite an acceptable solution to the alleged debt.   Why don't you?  Instead of threatening  and harassing,  why don't you follow the laws as outlined by the fair debt collections act instead of using illegal threats?   Because you are worse than a bunch of DEBTORS...As far as I am concerned,  I could care less if anyone here owes the Alleged debt or not, just as long as I can piss you off.  Not happy?  Then sue somebody...quit calling people and shooting your mouth off.    The debt doesn't exist until you validate it and if you don't like that....sue somebody and shut up!!

A woman with  name like Isabella Wilson called me leaving a message to saying they are calling about a civil suit. I told them i have no idea what they are talking about and if there was any such thing why wouldnt i recieve anything in the mail and she hung up on me. I later found out they also made these calls to other relatives with the same message and to make it worse is that on each of these messages they are giving people the last four digits of my social security number. i have the saved recordings of this message left on three different phones and i called the number back and told them i am going to report them to the attorney generals office. This is a disgrace that they are getting away with this!

A word of warning to anyone who tries to do this at home:  You CANNOT block your caller ID from a toll free number, i.e., 800, 888, 877, 866, and 855 numbers!  These numbers
get your actual number in a different way from your caller ID.  You can block or spoof your caller ID, but it will NOT affect the calling number that a toll free number receives from you.  Toll free numbers are billed according to the location corresponding to the calling number, and the reason your number is sent even if you try to block it is so that the customer can reconcile the bill they get from the phone company.

I received the same phone call today.  Saying they were taking me to court and I was being charged with criminal theft and fraud.  He wouldn't answer any of my question.  I was able to speak to victor and jonathan on two different occasions.  Lucky Me.  I was able to get an address of 556 s transit road in lockport new york.  They wanted me to settle something for 1600.00.  When I told them to contact my attorney they laughed and said they would not.  I told them to take me to court.  Everyone out there PLEASE do not fall for this it is a scam.  They want to scare you into paying them.

I also got a threatening call from a Michael Rodgers with Swanson Walker. I kept telling him I was walking into work and could not speak at that time. Just give me details and would call him back.  Well after at least 15 min of "legal speak" he got to the point. Wants payment on a debt already paid and I have the proof.  Tried to all them back....no answer. I am positive this is a ripp off company and I do have written proof of the paid debt.

Received a voice mail from a legal assistant by the name of Isabella Wilson.  She left the message that she was calling in regards to a civil suit judgment and if I didn't respond it would be turned over to the county I reside in for collection.  This call was not for anyone living in our home.  She left the last 4 digits of a Social Secuity Number and also a case file number.  I returned the call and it finally went to voice mail.  I stated that the person they were calling for was not at this number.

A message was left on my machine from an Oliva Watson from a "Legal Carrying Service" saying that they would serve me within 48 hours either at my home or work.  Advised me to have two forms of ID and that I might possibly have to have witnesses present their for her to serve me papers. If I had any questions that I should call 855-393-3793.  This was at 5PM PST so I had to wait all night to call New York in the Morning.  When I called it turns out that they were looking for a Jacob Hill!  When I asked why the original caller did not just say who they were trying to contact, thus save me some grief, thier response (Swanson Walker Associates)said, "They have no control over how the 'caller' presents themselves over the phone!  I've made a call to FDCPA-Attorney.com

This number called me today said I owed for a credit card that I got in 2000 and I was in good standing for seven years and I told him I did not know what he was speaking of.  We filed chapter seven in 2000 and it was discharged the same year.  I know that no credit card comapny would even look at us for a card that soon after bankruptcy.  We were in Germany till 2005 and I have no idea what he is speaking of.  I double checked my credit report and there is no information for that credit card company.  No sure what to do.  Ideas any one.

A paralegal named Michael Rodgers called me and told me that I have a civil action suit against me and he told me how much and said that if I paid $1472.24 cents that the matter would be dropped and if I didn't pay that I could be sent to jail for 6 months and have a fine of $300 dollars and that my accounts would be frozen and he also gave me a reference number to and when I told him that I didn't have any money he said well I will see you in court and that it may take a year or so for me to go to court. They Calder my cell phone from a restricted number and then left me this number 1-855-393-3793.  Is this a fraud or what he had all of my info.

They called and left a message saying that they would serve me within 48 hours either at my home or work. The message left was from an Olivia Watson.  Advised me to have two forms of ID and that I would neet to have a witness present if the summons was served to him at work. My husband got spooked. He called and the said he owed a bunch of money for a credit card that he had way back in 2003. We are sure the bill had been paid several years ago. They told him that if he did not fax the proof of payment to them that he could go to jail. They said they were charging him with theft of a card, theft of goods and merchandise, and fraud. They claimed that he was being charged with this becuase he had secured these things with no intention of paying it back. It simply is not true. My husband already has a heart condition and this really stressed him out.
