What evidence do you have to support your claims that these anonymous calls are part of the ACA? Do you have any credible sources or are they just unfounded speculation.

Matrix Medical on behalf of Humana - calls me twice a week to schedule one of those "judgemental" appointments. I've asked them to put me on their dnc list multiple times but they don't do it. I have their number blocked but they call from different ones each time.

Mind you I called this number back one time two years ago, and asked to be removed, as when I called they were looking for someone who is NOT at my number. Filing a complaint as they were to remove my number and NOT call it, and were already provided a cease and desist.

Why would I want a once a year health assessment by a nurse when I see my doctor multiple times per year and my doctor knows much more about me than this nurse would know?
