I received a call from 855-403-0967 and this belongs to know one.  I am on the do not call list

a bit of research online, these endless calls from Matrix to schedule home visits are part of Medicare Advantage plans for seniors. The home visits are touted as being for the benefit of the patients. However, there is evidence that the major benefit goes to the insurance companies, who use this set-up to identify "problems" which will allow them to raise the patient's risk code, which leads to the insurance company getting more $$$$s out of Medicare.

Cold, robo call to cell phone. I did not answer. They actually left a message.

I do what you do also.  I don't have that insurance anyway and will never get it.  Why they keep calling is stupid.

We keep getting calls from from this number with no message. We did set up an appointment with them last year and no one showed up. We informed Aetna that we are no longer interested.

Called me at 9:57am. Just got off the phone with my realtor and got a call from (855) 403-0967, so I answered  thinking she was calling me back although my caller ID just said "United States".  No one on the line so I hung up and blocked the number. Then the phone rang again this time (480) 477-1532 (caller ID said Arizona) so I immediately blocked it too. They left a message from Medicare Advantage Healthcare.

We didn't answer as did not recognize the # & no callers name -this lady did leave a message -said it was to do with our insurance & she knew what ins program we belonged to as she named it. We will continue NOT to answer these type of calls

I to have received unwanted calls from this number. I also received calls from 814-669-3031 and 412-226-6055 about the same subject. All these and probably more belong to Matrix, with the same message and rude operators. I've told them to stop but all that seems to happen is I receive calls from a differant number.

they call at least once a day, sometimes a 'real' person, sometimes recording. I have a very unlisted number but they know my name.

Correct: except that we never pick up unless we know who's calling AND we never call back.

I,m getting calls from this number almost everyday. I answer nobody talks if don't pick up they don't leave any message.

Got a nuisance call from 855-403-0967. They just hung up.

From reading all the earlier messages and from my husband's and my experience we conclude that this is an attempt  to sell you medical insurance whether or not you have or want any, whether or not you have the plan they are offering.

We use our answering machine as a filter:

1. If we do not recognize the number displayed, we listen for the message.

2. If there is no message, end of story.

3. If the message is from someone we know or someone we don't know but want to speak to, we pick up.

4. We therefore easily avoid talking to people who would just be wasting our time and theirs.

If you wouldn't open the door to your residence without ascertaining who is at the door and what the reason for the call is, do likewise with respect to your telephone. Your door is an entrance to your private quarters. So too is your telephone.

They keep calling wanting to set up a home visit by a nurse for my wife. My wife does not need a nurse What are they doing trying to force this on her?

This is nothing but a way for them to gouge medicare for more money. My wife keeps refusing, and they keep harassing her, trying to force her to allow a nurse to come out. Quit complaining about high insurance costs and taxes if you allow these places to gouge us.

They are here to run up their medicare charges, nothing else. Do you go to the ER when you don't have to?  Why would you have a nurse do a house call when you don't need one?   They are gouging medicare.

Matrix/ Freedom Blue. They keep calling at 8:00 in the AM while my wife is sleeping , trying to force me into setting up a home health nurse visit, which she does not want or need. This is bordering on harassment, as they are insistent and trying to make it sound mandatory. In reality, they are trying to squeeze more money out of medicare. And people wonder why healthcare costs keep rising. You don't go to an ER when you don't need it. Why have a nurse make a house call if you already have regular doctor visits?  SCAM

Made an appointment, that I want to cancel, but do not want to call them to cancel, can you make the cancellation for me, They made me feel as if I had to make an appointment.
