i am sick and tired of these people calling my house as early as 7:20 am and as late as 9:30 pm, every day, sometimes twice a day, for several months now, I have never received any letters from them or from my insurance regarding them, I have a Dr. that takes excellent care of me, I have my own BP monitor, oxygen monitor, sugar monitor, I do not need anyone to visit me unless they offer to come and cook for me, do my laundry and clean my house.

They may be a legitimate company. That is not the point. Declining the service is our right. They need to take "no" for an answer. Both spouse and I are actively involved with our doctors. We have our yearly "Medicare Wellness Check" with our provider. We routinely monitor our own BP, and take classes offered by our clinic. We recently had a home assessment. There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for them to come to our home, and assess our "needs" . I am happy others took them up on their offer. They exercised their right to say yes. We are exercising our right to say no, and I will now block them. They could save themselves a lot of headaches if they would identify themselves on CID. I never answer Toll-Free #'s.

They called early this morning wanting to come to see my husband for a health assesment.  He goes to the Mayo clinic every month for a  nurse appt to have his blood checked as he is on blood thinners.  Also has regular dr checkups.  They than said they may just come anyway for a surprise visit!!!   Ridiclous  I believe they said Matrix with Medica.  But the phone id says UNKNOWN.

Received multiple calls

It is 2018 and they are still at it.  Must be some money in it somewhere.  Multiple calls with no one there.

Call them back yourself and find out if they actually have someone doing this "follow up".  it could be a spam thing. tell them about the caller.

Has called numerous times over past year.  Leaves msg. to call back regarding service from my health care company.  Has correct name, so contacted health care company to see if legit.  It is.  Called them back, want to come to my home for free health screening, discuss medications, etc.  Told them not interested, not necessary.  Still continues to call, at least 3 x per week.   I don't bother to answer anymore.

This is Matrix Medical Health. With certain types of medical health insurance, we are able to have a Nurse Practitioner come to our home for a physical. I had this done last year and just made my appointment for this year. I greatly appreciate what they do for me.

These people just keep calling:  MatrixmedntWork, 1-855-403-0967.  No message gets left which makes me very suspicious.  I don't know where they got my phone # from but I wish they would stop calling.  I've blocked the number.

Received call at 11:25 a.m.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Frustrating, I had to leave my work and go to another part of the house to get to the phone.  wish I had a button to push to explode their phone.

saying my health insurance company wants to send a NP to home to check my health and give a $40 gift card which I am not sure insurance company have that kind a program. Even if they have do, I don't think they kept calling me to bother.

Yes, this is an insurance program. I found out how to stop it by reading the other posts.

And they push a MONTHLY SERVICE AT $20 PER month  to be passed onto to my physician - screw them, screw the insurance industry, screw my doctor for being involved. One reason I would rather join the local indepent group of doctors who don't TAKE INSURANCE and don't ask me dumb questions. It worth the $50 to 100 a month retainer fee to keep.the OCTOPUS INSURANCE NETWORK OFF MY BACK! Plus I don't have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and my doctor actually LISTENS TO ME. The copay in this system is exactly what I paid through *insurance* plan. MATRIX IS JUST ANOTHER SCAM to feed off elderly -& bunch of vampires!!!

These people are a legitimate business, but they WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I am not frail or fragile. In fact, I am VERY active for my age, lift weights and swim 1.5 miles EVERY FECKING DAY.
LEAVE ME ALONE, you bloody git!

If they won't take no for an answer, block the number.

Matrixmedntwo - I receive almost daily three to  four calls from this concern.

It's irritating, these are scam calls; I don't care to receive these calls.
