Received a call from this number 01-17-2018 the caller did not respond to my saying hello so I asked who was calling and what the call was about they quickly hung up.....today 01-18-2018 I got another call from the same number when I picked up they hung up. Left no message.

As the others have stated this is legitimate from Matrix Medical, in my case they are calling on behalf of Aetna.  I have explained that I am physically and mentally competent, I have a doctor, I have year physicals, thank you very much and they keep talking.  They claim they just want to send a nurse practitioner to talk with and coordinate with my doctor.  Again I politely thanked this woman and asked her not to keep calling.  I am sure that will not work, these people call every day and when you say no they get belligerent.  I have discussed this with an Aetna customer service representative  and even she agreed with me, who wants a stranger in your home.  This may be a good thing for those who are unable to get around but they just refuse to stop calling and it is intrusive, to say the least

Keep calling even though I asked to be taken off their list. Last lady I talked to stated I have to let a nurse come to my home even though I go to my family Doctor every 6 months. The "nurse" will coordinate my care through my Doctor ? A nurse manages my care over my Doctor !!! I called the insurance company and they said these companies get my Medicare information and call. I am under no obligation to deal with them. People on Medicare get harassed by these companies when they already have Doctors but it may be good for people who don't get regular checkups. Can't get them to quit calling. They use a different number if you block one. And even if you get them to stop calling, every year they get your information at the start of the year so you will have to deal with this every year.

Being a nurse I know how to handle and give medication I know how to do patient care and I know how to obtain medical equipment. I don't need some kid right out of nursing school to tell me how to care for my husband.
She wouldn't take no for an answer hung up on her she called back. I told her I was reporting her to the police for threatening me. Never called back.

Spoke to them once and refused service.  They continue to call, but I don't answer and let it go to voicemail.

I received a call from these people, they didn't leave a message, don't know if they are legitimate or not. I don't answer a number I don't recognize.

These clowns should stop calling and harassing people.  It doesn't matter whether or not they are "a legitimate company".  No means no!

Continuous calls with nothing once answered.  Please STP calling!!!!!

Getting unwanted calls

These calls want you to take a health assessment for their benefit they are trying to figure out how much you are going to cost them(your insurer) down the road Sorry no health assessment for me only my doc needs to do a health assessment. Keep guessing how much I'm gonna cost folks...keep guessing

Why am I being  called several times a week

Has call my number several times. Leaves no message.

rec'd call from this number on 4/24/2018 at 11:20 am as a not provided number. I didn't answer and they left no message.  Not the first time I got these calls and I just let it go to voice mail.

I get calls from this number often, and if I'm able I pick up the phone and turn it on, then off. They cannot even leave a message when I do that. The last call from them was this past Sunday afternoon (again, no consideration for time or day). For years I have had trouble with my insurance company using robocalls to ask me to call them about some "exciting news from my insurance company." More than once I have called and spoken to reps personally, asking them to note on my account that I do not want any contact except through mail service. I have even had to write two letters to them about it, plus I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. They stopped this annoying practice for a while but are now up to their old tricks again.

I can see you failed to do it properly.  First you should have sent one letter, certified, return receipt.  Then that letter should say that you revoke all TCPA permissions and that you want a written copy of their do not call policy sent to you by mail.  It should mention that this is required by law that they should both have one and must furnish it upon request.  Then if they don't stop, you can sue them for $500 per phone call.

BS!! I finally called them to tell them to stop calling me. The guy would not tell me with whom or what company he was affiliated. Said, :we do many things. It wold take me all day to tell you what we do and who we work for." THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY CALLING SENIORS TO SCAM THEM.

Said they were from Matrix Meducal Network wanting to set up an appointment for an In Home health assessment. They wanted to know the name of my health insurance company and my birthday. I refused to give up any information

They said I should have received a letter yesterday from my insurance company explaining this service my health insurance company outsourced to Matrix Medical Network

I asked to put on the Do Not Call list...the guy said I would be missing out in an important appointment. I told him I would call my insurance company on Monday

Do get annoyed by several calls from this number. Please stop calling!!
