These prior comments seem to be from a Pennsylvania based company, I'm in Arizona. I have received a similar call from my insurance co. and turned down the visit. I see 3 doctors several times a year due to health issues. I don't need a home visit from an unknown NP. Thanks but no thanks, your calls will be blocked.

Received a call from these people probably six months ago under the CID of UPMC. Spoke to a gentleman about a visit and declined. In October they called again still under the CID of UPMC and declined, asked him not to call again. Shortly after I began receiving calls from Matrix Medical. If I don't answer they leave no message.I blocked the number so it wouldn't ring through, but they kept trying. Then I blocked it through my phone service provider. Can't ring through and doesn't show up on the call blocker. I checked my call history this morning and received 42 calls on Friday. Thank God for call blockers.

Sounds like MY PLAN. If someone calls my number and hangs up after 3 or 4 rings they get blocked. If they don"t leave a message and I don't recognise the number: blocked. And NEVER call an unknown number back.

2nd call from a "service" such as this.  1st was from Banner wanting to schedule an in-home appointment (declined).  2nd was for Matrix, didn't answer and they left a message. Will only see doc for exams.

Just read the posts here and blocked this number. Insurance companies are not our allies in the quest for good health care and if they're paying someone to examine me you can sure as hell bet it's in their best interest, not mine.

You're one of them right? It's baloney.  They came in my house, insisted on looking around, seeing all my meds and were really intrusive.  Asked too many invasive questions.  They keep calling at all hours now and I've repeatedly turned them down since, I will not allow them back in.

11/30/2017 - These clowns started calling a few days ago.  I haven't been close enough to the phone to answer before the call goes to voice mail. Today they called again. The caller ID shows "Matrix Medical Network" and "855-403-0967", so I looked them up on the internet.  There is such a company and they looked 'legitimate', so I called the number on my caller ID.  An automated call receptionist answered, and I listened carefully as their options had changed.  LOL.  I actually got to talk to a real person. She asked how she could help me; I asked her if she could see my phone number on her caller ID. She could and repeated it correctly.  Before I could complete my sentence "I am on the Federal and State Do Not Call Registries", she disconnected.  I should have asked for their address and the company president's name; if she was really a Matrix employee, she would certainly know these things; if not, then it was definitely a scammer.  I'm now going to call the phone number the internet shows is this company, which is located in Arizona, and give them a piece of my mind.

If it really is this company calling me, I will file a formal complaint with the FCC. What's curious about this is that most call centers have outgoing capability but not incoming capability.  That this one did seems to support the idea that the number of a legitimate business was spoofed.

These people have called me too many times to count, I talked to them one time and told them I wasn't interested in their services but it doesn't seem to matter. I'm just not going to answer anymore.

That is pure BS!  I just got  call from this number and when i answered, they immediatly hung up - one of those scams to get you to call back so they say you contacted them instead of making an illegal robo call. I do not have any insurance using ,or connection, with "health matrix."

my phone rang at 7:45 this morning and  woke me up from a sound sleep!  Call went into my answering machine - didn't leave a message but I could hear loud chewing on the other end.  What a way to start my day!   If this is a legitimate business they should call within the allowed hours for telemarketing, have their name appear on caller id instead of unknown number, and leave a message.  Obviously not a reputable business!

Idiots called me at 8:05 AM.  In my state, it’s illegal to call before 9 AM.  I’m on the joke know. as the NDNCR for a landline and 2 cells.  I figure any telemarketer who calls before 9:30 can’t be reputable.

According to consumer watchdogs, scammers from Matrix Medical with the permission from Blue Cross/Blue Shield Advantage Plan are trying to fool consumers, in many cases seniors, into giving up personal information by claiming they’ve been personally selected to get an in-home physical and home assessment.  It is still to early so not many people know about what is going on and it will only help the flimflammers to remain ignorant.
