This happen fed to me the exact same thing

It was a call not as threatening and I paid

I am told with documentation the credit card company won't charge me and they will pursue them to get their money back

They just called my job, and informed my employer I was being sued. They also identified me by my last 4 of my social and full name. however when they asked for the person calling they told her it was Crosby Crane and Associates and they wouldnt give the person callings name. Told my BOSS i better get on the phone. Help me somebody.

I got into an argument with Thomas Cooper yesterday. they are calling my job, my x husband, mother in law and my mother . Today they called my 14 year old and told him I was going to go to jail. I sent a letter certified to them not to contact but it came back.

Thomas Cooper called me yesterday, told my x-husband, 14 year old , and my employer that i had warrants for my arrest. I called back  the number, and he  and I had a heated arguement, he called me a dirty B####, so I used every nasty word I could get out , eventually he hung up.I filed all my complaints, however my local police Department told me  I need to hire an attorney. they cant help me apparently.

 Got this same call today from an "Amber Reed/Reid," There was  a message  for a second or two that said "...serve a summons..." and cut out and paused. Then the introduction - her name, number (1 855 420 8338), the summons and to have two forms of ID and all the crap mentioned by others.  This is obviously a scam,  for legit collectors and creditors put their claims in writing. She did not even state who she was calling. I would really love for them to come to my door and serve me this  "summons." Hello!

Please have Deborah Reed calling from a 00000000 number stating she is a locator and stating at work my superior will have to witness. I want it to stop and just send everything in writing. Please and Thank You.

Seriously, this is a scam...they aren't coming by, there is no suit, and there is no warrant.

Called me today 3 times.  It was regarding an account listed in my bankruptcy 14 years ago!! I'm seeing a common thread with the year 2007, as many of you have had that date thrown into your conversations with "Isabella" and every other fake name they come up with.  "Isabella" told me I stopped paying on the card in 2007. Hum..that was 7 years PAST my bankruptcy/court date. The one I attended with my ATTORNEY.  I owe no one, plus it's been 14 years.  These people need to be arrested.

I received this message as well. The incoming caller ID said NAME UNAVAILABLE and the number was 000-000-0000. The message was identical to others mentioned here: Debra Reed, summons in 24-48 hours at home or work and to provide 2 forms of ID. I don't even have to check my credit to know that nothing will show up, as whatever was there has either been paid or disputed.

Please report any threats from this "company" to the NYS Attorney General's office by calling 716-853-8404. Save all recordings where possible.
