I've been receiving countless call from 855 465-4015 over the past few weeks but never answer. If I have another application open on my iPhone when they call it asks me if I want to answer or ignore call. I always hit ignore. They even tried to call back the last time I hit ignore call. Guess I'll be canceling my Rogers account and switching to a new provider once my contract runs out. They are all greedy cash grabbing a$$holes. The best approach is to buy an unlocked iPhone outright so as to avoid being stuck with a three year contract. At least this way you can switch cell carriers when they start getting stupid (inevitable).

Annoyed by this number - repeated calls on almost a daily schedule....
My wife spoke to a Rogers rep last week.
Now again this week.

Seems they still don't respect DNC

I have been receiving at least 3 calls a day from 855-465-4015 for the past 2 weeks.  I haven't answered and no message has been left.  I have been regeistered on the 'National Do Not Call' list since 2009.  I verified that my # is still registered so I investigated further....area code 855 is a toll free code where the recipient of the phone call is billed, not the caller.  BEWARE...do not answer if you see this number.  If you have answered this caller then carefully check your phone bill to be sure that you haven't been billed for the call since the charges would be on your bill from an 855 number.

file a complaint to the CRTC, I did. I'm getting these calls every day!

I have just registered a complaint with the 'National Do Not Call List'.  Waiting to hear back.

i checked my call history and i got a call on Monday at 8:38pm and then today Tuesday at 8:31pm i don't answer any number i don't recognize and i have call display and all that so i just wait for voice mail to come in ... but like others here they never leave any..

Ive had calls like this in the past and they just seem to give up eventually..

i cant say who's on the other end since i wont pick it up but i wouldn't confirm anything or at least don't volunteer information .. they called u remember if they don't know who u are when they called u then don't tell them anything.

I don't have a home phone just a cell ...  don't answer calls if I don't know the number but one time  did answer this one ... this man with some sort of accent wanted me to pay my Rogers bill ...  of course, refused and hung up...  rang this 855.465.4015 from my office and it is, indeed, telemarketer from Rogers.  Customer service should not be an oxymoron.

I get a call from this number every morning around 9:30 am. Every time I answer there is no one on the line. It is extremely frustrating and I don't understand why they call and then don't talk!?!

If it is a company calling "on behalf of Rogers" then Rogers didn't pick a good company to deal with. Maybe they don't know which button to push when the other end of the call answers? DON'T PUSH THE RED BUTTON, WHATEVER YOU DO! lol

Have had many calls from this number.They phone at about 11:00 am every day . I don`t answer , just cause I know that these kind of calls are  some type of socilitation and I figure if it is really that important they will leave a message.
If this is Rogers they don`t need my postal code or any other  personal info cause they have it already .
Sounds like a scam to me from what others have said.

Don`t answer your phone from calls like these and keep your personal info safe . How do we really know who is on the other end of that phone call.

Just got a call from this number, 6:30pm. Didn't answer because 855 area code sounded like spam to me. They left no message. Glad I checked this website.

I am getting calls from this number with no respond at the other end. I WANT THEM TO REMOVE MY BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER FROM THEIR RECORD....but don't know who to connect with.

I was getting countless calls from this number. I never answered and the caller never left a message. I was explaining this to friends over coffee and one person suggested I answer the phone and don't say anything. I thought it was worth a shot so the next time the number came up on my call display I answered it and put the phone down. The caller hung up soon after and I haven't received a call since?

I had nothing better to do, so I finally answered this call and played it out.  It may or maynot be actual Rogers doing the call, but at the very least the call is on their behalf.  I was asked to verify my postal code, and then he went into his speil trying to get me to add a cell phone to my contract.  He was able to tell me my most recent billing amount, what phones I was currently using, and the contract I was on.  The call is legit.  But, it is a hard sales pitch only.  They are not looking to help you customize your plan to save you anything, they are only looking to pitch a cell phone they probably bought a boat load of.  So, in my opinion, no scam here.  Just an irritating call from Rogers.  And if you are a customer of them, they don't have to abide by the do-not-call list.
