Somehow related to TD Bank (my husband I share an account). Asian girl kept asking for my husband's name and not responding (no speak english?) when I said 'this is his wife, I'm on the account'. Red flag.

Same as above, TD Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey.

I told them I would decline to recommend TD Bank to anyone as they have disrespected my privacy. 4 Calls today, no message left. Also Emailed TD Bank the same thing and mentioned I would be shopping for a new bank that would respect my privacy, and told them they need to find a better way to conduct surveys.

    Rude.

I got called by this number once on Tuesday at 3:54pm but missed the call and thus, didn't answer. But the following day, yesterday, Wednesday, May 9,2012, I was called by this number 3 times! First at 5:11, then 5:54 and then at 6:30. I answered each time saying "hello", heard nothing, and hung up.
But it did play on mind throughout the evening and got me wondering so I punched the numbers into goole search and ended up on this blog. No real answers here about who? What? or Why? is using this number... but some solace in seeing that I'm not the only one getting the spoof call.

You guys are all idiots! Seriously, if any one of you read the fine print in your terms, it would say that you agree to receive customer satisfaction surveys after visiting a branch...this isnt a phishing scam, if you meatballs would pick up the phone and go thru the survey like I just did, they ask nothing personal and is 100% related to your last experience with TD. TD is rated the #ONE customer service satisfactory bank, and this could be one of the reasons why. If you don't want to deal with these calls go into your branch and ask to be removed from it. Stop feeding this insane nonsense that there is some conspiratory scam that TD is selling your information to seedy marketing groups. Either educate yourselves or start reading agreements that you sign.

You OBVIOUSLY "work" there. If it really is what you claim, you just gave every customer a good reason to close their account immediately. Victims of this insane telepest should print out this little diatribe and show it to the bank's real representative as we close our accounts.

    Idiots indeed!

You're a real hero Bob. However you signed an agreement to receive these calls when you signed up for the account you used to have at TD. It's in the fine print you obviously didn't bother reading. Educate yourself. And if its really bothering you people this bloody much then call TD and tell them you don't want to help with customer satisfaction, you just want to reap the benefits then [***] when they try to keep improving it. Either call TD and quit banking there, call TD and ask to not be called for customer service surveys, or shut the hell up and take 5 mins to improve customer service.

I don't work there, I own a medical business.  I just follow banking blogs and financial stuff. I'm just saying it's a way they improve their customer service, which was rated number one. Victims...people can be such melodramatic jokes.

Honestly none of you people have even answered your phone and done a survey, it's hilarious.

Here is an idea smart for everyone including this guy trying to argue with me. Next time this number calls (which will be after you visit a TD branch) answer the phone. Then talk to the nice non-accent person on the other line. After the survey, ask yourself, why is TD selling my info to a marketing company that asks me only about my most recent visit to the branch...here is a shocker....because they arent selling your info. They are HIRING that company to talk to their customers about their satisfaction, and where they can improve...

    just like the rest...
I am also posting to "do not call'.  Obviously, it won't do any good, but at least I'll feel better.
