- Sir BedevereUnknown. Caller ID said "Unavailable" which means it's a scumbag of some sort. Legitimate businesses don't hide that way. Call was blocked automatically by PhoneTray Free.

- Sir Bedevere replies to Joshua S Alberta| 2 repliesHere's a news flash Joshua:
Businesses that put the right to annoy their customers with surveys into the fine print of their contracts are scumbags. Doubly so if there's no opt-out provision for the customer on the contract.
Businesses that call for surveys at the most annoying times (dinnertime) are scumbags.
Businesses that call for a survey and don't leave a message to explain the purpose of the call when an answering machine picks up are scumbags. Doubly so if their caller ID isn't something like "TD Bank survey" to at least try to explain the call.
Businesses that make survey calls with deliberately misleading caller ID like "unavailable" are scumbags (caller ID is easy to customize).
If TD bank is indeed number 1 in customer satisfaction I can only conclude that fact is an indictment of the rest of the banking industry rather than an endorsement of TD. - ClaudiaI got 3 calls from this number today. They don't leave a message. I refuse to answer it .

* most companies u sign up with have the fine print that you allow them to call you for marketing calls, get a marketing research manual
* if they do treat you like crap on the phone, it does happen..... then call TD Bank, it will most likely get back to the Corsental company and that employee gets fired, I took a survey and they told me the call was recorded, they have to have a way to backtrack calls
* not a scam, running since the 70s, always has been surveys, check the website
* survey i did was 4 minutes, i timed it, they told me five minutes max
