    Received a call from this number at about 4:30 PM EST and then again at about 7:00PM, I didnt answer either time, but no voicemail, not sure who it is from, I was thinking it could possibly be from a calling card, since I have friends who are currently out the county, but was weirded out since they didnt leave a message.

    I was explaining my opinion of these matters. I assure you I am quite well informed on my own opinions.

    Just because every company does it doesn't make it right. Furthermore, no matter how many companies put this stuff in their fine print only one has chosen to hassle me with it.

    If we all really read all the user agreements, contracts, terms of service, etc. that we have to put up with to live and conduct business in this modern world we'd never get anything else done. But if, as you claim, *every* company puts this in their contract, reading it would do no good! What would be the option? Decide not to have a bank account?

    Got a call a few minutes ago from this number.

    I picked up and didn't hear ANY sound whatsoever. I said "hello" several times, didn't get any response, and the caller hung up.

    Strangest phone call in a long time. I mean really, NO noise at all?

    Called asking for "the person in charge of our banking".  She said she was calling on behalf of First Niagara Bank.  When I said they were unavailable and could I take a message, she said "who should I be asking for?"  I said, I would gladly take a message and have them call you back.  She got upset and said that she would gladly give her number but she was on an outbound line only.

    called office today, wanted to speak to owner, told her he was retired and she asked if she could fax over information on her business "Greenwich Associates" , said sure, fax came in, but was a different number: 416-493-1810, was from Greenwich Associates, but it is something owner would not be interested in, hope she calls back so I can tell her just that.
