Just got a 855 call, and called the phone co. No, you will not be the one charged unless and until they convince you to press 1 on your phone.

! Called me three times today.

Called again today. I could hear the boiler room chatter in the background while Phone Tray Free fed them a disconnected signal. I can't say myself if it's TD Bank, someone else legit or an outright fraud, but other respondents have had them ask for identifying information like Social Security Numbers and that's enough for me to give them a wide berth.

Just got a call from that number.  They claimed they were TD Bank and they were doing a survey.  I told him to make it fast since it was 8 pm and he then said he will call me back some other time.   The next time I will make sure I don't answer and will check the called ID first.

I got a call from this number. I picked up the call and said hello. They didn't say anything...didn't even have the decency to breathe heavy and hung up after a couple minutes.

Called back said Core Research company. Sounds like a scam!

This is total [***] dude seriously i work at Corsential myself and it is legit and yes we are working for TD Bank and NO if you call your bank or go to the branch and ask about it they wont know anything about it because it's surveys to evaluate themselves the staff at the branch and the reps on the phone, they're sure not even suppose to be aware of this  ... this is for TD's Research Department in Toronto AT THE ACTUAL TD BANK that is in charge of that and its to make sure they have the customer's opnions to maintain that nice service you all get at your branch! it's 100% legit... so please man get out of here with ur: They ask for ur credit card number" NEVER IN HELL and that offends when I see this. LOOK IT UP yourself please and stop claiming false things... the only questions they ask by the way is strickly about the staff and quality experience and opinions period. Look up more info about Corsential and Greenwich Associates and you'll see they're research firms working for hundreds of banks!

This response is highly unprofessional.  It sounds like what one would expect of those people behind most scams.   It says to me that the post you are responding to has struck a nerve.  Perhaps Corsential is not a legitimate company or their name has been high-jacked as I have found is true for other legitimate companies on here.

just got a phone call from this number. I don't ever pick up my phone so if no vm is left I forget about it and luckily with the galaxy s3 I can just add the number to my reject list so if it calls it automatically is rejected.

They knew my brokerage firm and my name and said they were doing a customer service survey and asked when was the last time I placed a stock trade....all this before I had a chance to say one word. Bunch of BS, told them I was busy see ya.

This is BS.  855 are toll free vanity numbers.  I have one myself.  There is no way to get charged for answering a call from these numbers.
