I recieved a call from this number today. A woman saying she was with td canada trust. She didn't sound like a professional and my spidy senses told me to hang up. Friday night and too busy. Haven't had an account with them for a few years.

got a call 24h  after i renewed TD car insurance

I don't know who is calling, but I'm willing to bet it isn't from anywhere in Canada. They need to get a life and leave me alone.

Caller ID shows this as a TOLL FREE CALL only.  Hard to believe that someone would expect a company to pick-up on a TOLL FREE CALL ! ! ! !   Upon checking further, the number 855-496-4285 shows up on a Received Calls List.  This number is on our DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK SHEETS (now totaling over 600 numbers in numerical order by Area Codes), and it has come in numerous times.

are you a shill?  or do you have nothing better to do with your time than look up "legit" numbers and post reassuring messages about them?  most people come here only because they DON'T know or trust the number that called - what's your reason, eh?

They just called - sounded like they are in a phone bank (boiler room). He asked for me by name and said it was a survey to see if I was satisfied with my last visit at Rockville Bank (which is a very local, limited area bank). He claimed the bank gave him a list of their customers and asked that they do this survey. This bank would never do any such thing. Past surveys they did were by short form you could pick up when you go to the bank, or they were mailed along with the monthly account activity summaries.  When he asked when was last time I was there, I said I don't know, then he said OK and hung up.

They claim to be an opinion/research consulting firm - you can find them on Google. Thing is, the caller could have been spoofing the phone number  (855) 496-4285.

This number needs reported.

Just got a call this evening from +1 855 496 4285 don't know this no. so I didn't answer.

This same number just called for my boss but they said they were from Granite Associates.. I placed them on hold and they immediately hung up

It is the TD Bank ..   I have done investments recently and their just following up on how I was treated.  No harm.    Although, I don't have time to talk to them in the evening.  

they called and sounded like a lot of other people talking in the background.  no one ever said anything.  Like someone was trying to stay on the phone in order to get their call time up.

They have called twice within the last hour - no one here has anything to do with TD. It's very strange. Tried calling back - just get busy signal.

First, call - hang up.  Second call teh same day - asking for my husband.  When I asked if I could take a message, a man said he would call another time.

Received 2 calls from this # today. Numerous calls this week.  Did not answer & no message left.  Am on the DNC.  Annoying!!!

DNC is for those Registered with the FTC  Telemarketers who are selling goods or services.  Any other complaints goes into file 13 unless reported to the proper authorities.
