They called me and said that they were conducting a survey from TD bank with regard to my last customer service experience with bank employees. Since I had just opened up an account, I answered the questions, which, by the way, were pretty innocuous. The questions really pertained to whom I spoke to at the bank (which was the one I went to, also)...i.e. "did you speak to a teller...?", "did you speak to the bank manager..", did you speak to a customer service rep seated at a desk.." etc... no personal information was asked of me, but I would not have answered those questions if they were posed regardless of who they were, legit or not legit.

Have a TD account but did not answer any calls from this so-called "Survey Company " I'm not that easy!!

TD?   Now why do they need to harass for business?  In that case I will choose another institution.

If you gave out any personal information(s.i.n., birthdate, card info, full name), please file a police report for your upcoming 'identity theft'.

A reminder to all those people who get phone surveys... from legitimate or fraud artists...
You never have to answer them. Tell the caller to shove off.
Surveys are the biggest scam going in order to collect information for a secondary scam.
Say: "I don't do surveys" and then freaking hang up without even bothering to hear their reply.

Caller said he wanted to talk to the account holder regarding his experience with US Bank services.  He said he didn't have a callback number, and wanted to know when he might be able to reach this person.

This number was on my caller ID this afternoon and no message was left.  When I called it back, I received an automated answer stating I had called "Greenwich Associates, a survey & research firm".  I was then disconnected.  Like everyone else said, sounds like some kind of scam.  I have blocked the number. Ain't no body got time for that!!

Called asking for the person who handles our banking.  Will leave a message with an 866 number and a reference number.  Says the name of her company is Greenwich Associates.  Calls about every other day - of course we are not interested therefore that "person who handles banking" is never in the office!

Unknown caller #,.  Did not amswer.  They did not leave voice mail,.  A call back on an unlisted cell phone got busy signal.  Suspect it is bogus

Thanks to 800-notes, at least I get some clues. I called them back a few times and just get a busy signal. I'll state one fact. If I get a courtesy call from a bank, it's noted in the caller ID. So this is definitely phishing. Their should be more options in the "call type" below, such as spam or phishing.

Yes the td bank.  I just opened up an account and I guess they are calling to ask if we need anything else.  I didnt answer the call cause I thought they would leave a message. Since no message was left, I guess its not that important!

I received a call from this number at 10:56am.today. They asked if I could participate in a short survey but I told them I was on my way out, so they asked if they can call me again at a later date, I said yes, but I never ever give out any person info to any one over the phone. It is NOT a survey for TD bank because I have NEVER been a customer of this bank.

Didn't answer as didn't recognize either area code or #, no message was left...used Apple iOS7 feature to Block This Caller...now they can't call, msg, or attempt video / FaceTime...Thank You Apple!

They called to offer me a survey about the banking experience at the TD Bank

They called Friday night at 7:30 on my unlisted landline number. Silence and hang up after one minute. May their carbonized bones rot in hell!

It's a marketing survey outsourced by many financial institutions.  I received a call from them after opening a TD bank account, but I've also received calls from them after I've changed things at BMO and RBC.

I just got a call from this number, and they hung up when I said Hello. I called back and there was no answer. I thought it was weird, so I googled the number and found this page. I'll just block the number now that I know it's a scam.

If it is really from a reputable company like TD Bank, their company name should show up on the Caller-ID, which it does not.  

Hence I block the number.

Note that if you use an iPhone, update the operating system to ios7.   It has a new feature that blocks off any unwanted incoming phone calls.

like this are usually scam artists and telemarketers
scamming you! Be careful! Seniors are also a target
