Got a call at 8:07 pm from this number.   I let it go to voicemail, and no message was left.  I was reading earlier posts  and I find it interesting that if, in fact, this is from TD Canada Trust, why would they call me??? I do not bank there.  I also don't trust any caller that does not have a name show up on call display.  Oh well, another number to add to my block list....

Received a call saying they were calling with a survey for Burlington Hydro

This number called and caller id came up as unknown name. The woman on the phone was from Greenwich Associates and wanted to speak with th person in hrge of bankin decisions for the company.

I got a phone call from the 1-855-496-4285. The man claimed than they did survey for TD banks and asked me a series of questions regarding the TD services. The caller knew my name, that's why I answered their questions. But, I noticed the number is located in US not in Canada. I believe this was a phone scam.  Although I did not reveal my personal information, I am still worried. Is it possible that I may get a high charge phone bill?

Received 3 calls yesterday @ 6:28  & 7:28  & 8:28 pm never answered but they are a pain. Wish they would stop calling as I dont answer my cell phone for numbers I dont know.

I have been receiving calls from this number repeatedly (5 consecutive calls in the last hour) and when I answer it there is a single tone that beeps every 5 seconds... I just received ANOTHER call while typing this message (total 6 in the past hour).

The man called and said something about vantage west under my name. Couldn't really understand him. Anywho, this man called my husband's phone and not mine. So, I guess I can assume it's a scam.

They called and didn't leave a msg. Very strange.

I called the TD customer line (18004306095) and they said that it was legit...they hire out customer satisfaction surveys to an outside company.  I believe it is true, but still annoying.  Sounds like this company that TD hires out also does other work, which may or may not be fraudulent.  I received the call asking about my recent experience at TD...I did speak with a banker, and there is no record of it on my computer/email, so probably not a computer virus.  

Never hurts to tell them to p!ss off and never call again.  

Lady said she is calling from TD Waterhouse about my recent experience at their ATM.  I excused myself for being cautious, stating that we must be careful about this sort of call.  I did not tell her which banks' ATM's we normally use, nor at which addresses, but did say that our experience has always been positive with all ATM's of every banking company.  No complaints at all.  She seemed satisfied with that reply and thanked me courteously.

Got a call and don't do business with TD nor have any credit cards.

I keep getting called at home and hung up on by 855-496-4285.  Called back from my cell and get a message from a place called Grants Research. Going to call AT+T to see if it was a toll charge and then have it blocked from my telephones.

Relentless calling, no message.

The person asked for me and then hung up. I called back and received a message that the company is conducting a survey. I did recently open a TD Bank account.

Caller ID said it was an American number.

Got a call - did not answer because of it being a strange number - looked here and see there are a lot of people who have been getting calls as well.

This type of calling must be stopped. They serve no purpose except to bother us.

I agree, I'm not sure why people are sharpening their pitch forks for what seems to be a simple TD Survey?
Context:
I called my bank yesterday(TD) and went out of ny way to say they did good job. Next day I get a survey callback...I only commented on the service and at no point was I asked to divulge any info.

Again, not sure what the hype is all about. Guys it's not a collection, nor a scam and if you think it is just conjure up the courage to pick up the phone: if they ask for any info just cut it off there (they don't have Jedi mind powers).

Again, that was my experience...this is probably a third party survey as to ensure that the survey is accurately reported(a common practice).
