This number has called me four times in the past hour - never leaves a message.  Pretty aggressive for a survey!

I have repeatedly received calls from this number. It appears to be a scam.

It is not a phishing campaign.  It is TD bank taking a simple survey to see how you liked your last visit to the branch.  They knew the branch that I used last and asked a few questions with no personal information what so ever.

LEGIT NUMBER Received a call from 855-496-4285.    This is a survey on behalf of TD Bank.  They provide you with the Branch, Time and Date before you have to answer any questions.  LEGIT NUMBER

Were you asked for any personal info?
Husband got same call and since we use the bank in question
he answered all questions about "experience"
He said that he didn't give any personal info but I don't believe him

They just called me from that number. I never pick up the 800 type calls. If it is important go ahead and leave a message. They never do. If you see that type of number on your call identifier and don't want to be bothered by four or more rings, just pick up the receiver and hang up immediately, The ringing will stop.

This is definitly TD Canadatrust , there is no way that anyone else has my number

Part of a fraud campaign targeting numerous financial institutions.  Note the pattern of shill postings all claiming the number is real - an obvious giveaway.

The large number of phony posts claiming the call is real come from some con artists spamming the site to try to fool people.  There is a similar pattern to other fake calls claiming to be from Chase, Citibank, Bank of America, US Bank, Wells Fargo, RBC, PayPal, etc. all with the same shill postings:

TD Canada Trust Bank Survey.  Asks questions based on your last visit.  This is real and legit folks.  Even though I was not home to answer this one, I have answered similar surveys.  They do not ask for bank card or credit card numbers or for any personal information.  Ignore the ones that claim that this is a fraud or a phishing scheme.

And Fraud Squad, I'm a real person and this is not some sort of shill posting.  Try getting your facts straight before accusing legit companies.  From your posting, I must assume that you got burnt bad by some fake one and now accuse all surveys from banks as fake.

got the call. Lady asked for husband who wasn't home. Did not give any info. He does have TD but not in Canada. A real TD bank wouldn't call like this, and wouldn't hide their number as "unavailable" Scammers.

These People Keep calling my Phone Number. At first they use this ( 855-496-4285 ) and call my phone and leave a beeping sound on my voice mail box in fill it up. I cannot receive any voice mail because my box is full with a beeping sound. They are still calling my phone with the same beeping sound, but this time they do not show the NUMBER THEY ARE CALLING FROM.

Just got a call from this number on my Bell Cell Phone Number - they hung up when I answered...

I get a call from this number almost every night around 8:30 PM. I do not answer it. But I think the next time they call I will answer it and blow a whistle into the phone. Maybe if I do that they will stop calling.

I don't have accts with TD Bank and this number calls numerous times a day, I'd say it's a scam attempt.  Careful

Thats not true. This is new, there are certain new scammers that get you even if you answer the call at all.  The call gets charged to you at whatever cost it is, $6 or $20, etc.

Careful calling people idiots when you're the one who is misinformed.  They are correct... but then again, go ahead and answer the next call from an 855 number, you'll really show us!
