- Bank customerI got a call today, it was TD Bank asking to do a survey.
I have gone through this before, I use the bank and it is ridicules that they call every time I visit. I went to the customer service area and spoke to Ass. Manager, I explained to her that I had asked to be removed and had been for a while but now they are calling again and they call multiple times for consecutive days and it is harassment at this point. I also suggested she put the number I gave her into 800notes so she could read exactly how damaging the calls are. They "out source" (big surprise) to a company. Hopefully she will pass on to Admin and calls stop. It has to be more cost effective to mail out surveys once a year than pay a company to harass customers and lose business.- Caller: Survey company

- Sir BedevereI finally got sick of this hassle from TD Bank and closed my account last year. I haven't had any of these calls since. More to the point, I haven't had any similar calls from my new bank. Now that's what I call "customer satisfaction".

- Norma| 2 repliesIt is from TD Bank. They have been doing for years. Whenever you use a teller for a transaction they always call to find out how the service was. This is not a scam. It is real

- new brunswick| 1 replyCalled as a " customer survey for Medavie Blue Cross" . As I recently signed up as a customer, that could be correct. But, when she (asian accent woman) asked what my answer was on "did you recently purchase a product from medavie Blue cross, yes or no", I wondered.... being asked, she could not explain the word "purchase", but just kept repeating that this was "to your own interpretation". yeah, right. After the third repetition of her answer I had to laugh about her poor attitude, she thanked me quickly and hung up.

- LynnFour calls in 2 hours from this number. TD Bank with first Life Insurance, then with Customer Satisfactions, then with Special Rate Accounts for TD Visa. All the same number but all different departments I was told in the same call centre. I told them that the person they are looking for does not live here as it is the EX. They said fine and we will call back when HE is in.
I called back to get a supervisor and taken off the list and was on hold 15 minutes til the call timed out. How do you get off this list. These calls have come in now since November 2014. They are 4 times a day.- Caller: TD Marketing Surveys

- BobI didn't answer and will not answer now that I know what it was...I find it very disconcerning that I receive a phone call wanting to know how a banking experience was. If you want an opinion ask us when we are there or give us a card to drop in a fish bowl on the way out. Don't bother me at home...EVER
- Caller: apparently TD Bank or someone they contract to bother us at home
- Jay replies to new brunswickAny market research survey, no matter how complex or simplistic the word is, unless the client provides permission to provide a specific definition of words/phrases/statements, it will be "it is your interpretation of the word or statment we are looking for"
- Mark H replies to jdeMarket research firms don't just work with one client. It is extremely complex to program such a thing.
- HeyNorma replies to Norma| 1 replyHey Norma,
you say, "It is from TD Bank. They have been doing for years. Whenever you use a teller for a transaction they always call to find out how the service was. This is not a scam. It is real"
Really? I don't have any dealings with TD Bank so I can't tell them how there service was. i.e. it is a scam honey. - WindsorGuy| 1 replyThis is a number I did not recognize and did not answer.. they did not leave voice mail.
But thanks to the notes I see here this number will now also be blocked on my phone.
So now, if some governing politician can answer this.... I am registered on the Do Not Call List... when does a Do Not Call List start having it's effect as a Do Not Call List ? - SteveCellI AM a TD customer and I DID just do business there on the weekend however they DO NOT have my cell number, which they called. The first message sounded like someone sighing. lol I am now blocking the number.
- KJ| 1 replyRude woman claiming to be from Grenwich Bank... We have no business with them. Wanted to talk to "whoever was in charge of our banking". I told her we weren't interested and she rudely, replied "I don't know what you're not interested in". She wouldn't take "no for an answer. Definite scam
