I just received a call from 855-496-4285. On my cell phone no less and I am with Fido. The person on the other end asked for my husband! I told her she had the wrong number.

if this is a survey call from TD then why would they make numerous calls at all times for weeks

I keep a whistle beside my phone so when they want to call again and again I blow the whistle into the phone. Never get another call.

These calls come all hours of the day and night.  I have them on call block and then another similar number starts making the calls.  DO NOT ANSWER these numbers because then they know it is a working number.  Ignore it or block it.  Too bad there isn't something very loud that would hurt their ears but not ours.  To whom should these creeps be reported?  Is there a website or a number?

I do not wish to get this number calling me any more. They call. I answer. They do not respond. Very irritating and very much unwanted.

I put a free robo-call blocker on my phone on December 1st.  I've gotten only one robo-call since.  Yay!

This # keeps calling, hangs up.  I called them back to see why they are calling.  They have recordings.  Most of them are in French.  No one ever comes to the phone to speak with me.  After the endless recording messages, the phone just goes silent and hangs up.  I believe they said it is Granite Associates, a survey company.  

These guys' been calling almost every week and blocked almost every single one of them. If it's true they're calling on behalf of TD Bank or whatever to do a survey, then they should have just sent me a letter/email instead of wasting money on third party companies. If your customers are unhappy, you will definitely know it. Their persistence also leads me to doubt their legitimacy.

This is the second day in a row I've received calls from this #.  I don't answer & no message left.  Very annoying.  Am on the DNC list. Call early a.m. & late @ night.

They called me also, I was out, they did not leave a message, I get lots of crank calls, so I Google the number, yes TD, why not leave a message I wonder.

They have been calling me 2-4 times a day for the past two days... No voicemail random times too... I'm also with td and two other banks... So weird...

If that's the case wonder why they keep calling me?? I do not bank with TD at all. If they knew private info about what bank you visited i would be weary

If it is truly TD Bank, why does it come in as "Unavailable"? It should announce that it is TD Bank. I have been a customer of Commerce, now TD Bank, for 36 years and they have never called to check on customer service.  Also MBNA is still owned by Bank of America, that's who sends my bill and who gets paid, not TD.

I have no connections to that bank or card, yet they keep calling my cell. It IS a scam.

It is not from TD. You are right about that, but TD commissioned their company to conduct surveys on their behalf. They just want your feedback about the service provided during your most recent visit to a TD Bank. I think you didn't ask the right question or TD needs to let all their employees know that they hired this particular company to call their customers and get feedback each time they visit the bank. That way, when their customers call asking about the calls they receive, they will have the right answer for them. The company is Greenwich Associates. Look it up! You can choose not to do the survey and they don't ask for any personal information. If they do, feel free to hang up.

If you were at the bank and opened an account, then that's why they are calling. They are calling to see how satisfied you were with the service. They just ask you to rate TD bank and the tellers or other employees using a scale from 1-7 or they ask if you would recommend TD to someone. They don't ask for personal information but if they do, just hang up.
