They are calling because you were at the bank. It's an outbound call center so they won't leave a message. Just answer it and tell them that you closed your account and are no longer a customer. They will code it as that and never call you again.

You should applaud yourself! The schedule is flexible and we can study and do our homework while we work. We can leave work early when we have exams. Something tells me you are one of those addicts that never graduated. People like you make our jobs harder. How do you suck at a call center job? These complaints you talk about are from idiots...majority of them anyway. If you do not want to be called, just answer the damn phone and tell the interviewers to take you off the list. It's as simple as ABC. If you do not answer, the system just codes it as a 'NO ANSWER' and keeps dialing it until you pick up. What's the worst that could happen if you answer the phone? They'll bite your ear off? Or read your mind? It's simple! Just say you do not wish to participate and ask them to put you on the 'DO NOT CALL' list. Do you have any idea how hard it is to stay up all night studying then go to school after three hours of sleep or less...or even no sleep at all and then go to work and have to deal with people like you for hours?

They do not do all that you claim they do! It is unprofessional and would DEFINITELY cost them their job. No matter how rude the respondents are, they still have to remain polite and professional.

It's a company hired by td to get your feedbacks on your experience . We do not ask for private informations we are only interrested in your honest opinion. By the way , we do this job to improve the quality of services and fix the issues if there is any. It's not mandatory to do it but it does help to provide you with the best service.

They keep calling and calling.  My caller ID only shows as "Unavailable".  I am going to report the number AGAIN.  We need to keep complaining in the hopes that we can stop these annoying calls.

I got this call claiming to be from TD bank, I blasted them and told them that I never talk about my bank on the phone.  He had a foreign voice and if you think that this is profiling then you can just F off.  Were talking about my life savings.
I sent the number to the bank and told them that if this was a true survey service, then I don't appreciate the bank doing this over the phone, and I will change banks if it keeps up.  Frankly I believe it is terrorists trying to get money using the stolen bank numbers from the Lowes store incident recently.
This number is now banned from my phone, it just doesn't work anymore.

this phone number calls my home every night and doesn't leave a message.  My phone number is on the do not call registry

I got a call on my machine today, Feb 14.   They left no message.  This is a complete scam and should be reported to the FCC and FBI.
