Just called TD to verify that they have a third party company calling to see how their customer service is.
They do, they  are continuing to make more changes and want our feedback to see what we the customer think.

Received a call today from unknown number 8554964285 have no idea who these people are calling me. Left no message and I do not answer any unknown, unavailable, unwanted, private calls!! Registered with the do not call registry but still get these calls!! Everyday I get these unwanted calls from different numbers in which no name shows on my home phone. How can I block unwanted calls from my home phone?! Sick and tired of getting these daily annoying calls! I have call block on my cellphone which works great whenever I get calls there the call blocker stops the calls immediately and cannot get through. That do not call registry really doesn't stop these unwanted calls!!! Waste of time registering seems like I get more calls since I've registered several months ago!

I have never been in TD bank in my life either, nor Canada Trust.

You are not going to believe this this is the second scam today one muslin Indian SOB called pretending to be from CRA..said that he's sending the RCMP to aresst me for a fraud income tax.  And this number just called from TD bank to give her my account. .what is happening to this world you can't trust to answer your phone anymore

This number keeps phoning me.  It's a recorded message, saying that I owe so much money for a student loan, and to press a number to talk to a "representative."

Who are these people

They are calling my work phone number. It appears from other posts that it is a third party survey company for a bank I do not do - nor does my company - business with. I am so sick of these constant calls. At least twice per day. TD Bank provided a link (which is a link waaaay back on the 2nd or 3rd page) to opt out of these calls, but it is useless for me since I have zero affiliation with them (they ask for account information - I don't have one!!).

And again - I got the fool to wait on the line for 2:20 while the receiver was on my desk before I had to disconnect her to answer what turned out to be a b-s call from another source.

Claimed to be from tax dept. About "a serious  problem". Obvious scam.

You clearly have no idea the experience from the customer side.  I have asked to be removed several years ago didn't work.  Currently, I receive 5 calls a week -- every time disconnects when I answer.  All from Greenwich.  I have called my bank three times -- each time takes over 15 minutes.  After three times I still get calls.

So don't act like Greenwich is some nice to work with companies.  Honest, reliable companies: 1) don't disconnect on robo-dialed calls; 2) Actually display a caller ID name not just their 800 number; 3) answer incoming calls on the same line so they can field customer complaints and actually remove customers who don't want to be called.

Greenwich fails on ALL of these.  These are horrible tactics.  Can't even believe you try to defend them.

they called and said they were doing a survey about the bank our company deals with. told them we do not give info over the phone. make a note and do not call back. he kept on talking. repeated my self. do not give any info to them. hang up asap. look under 800 notes for info.
