Well I just received the call and the lady wanted to do a survey on our office supply purchases!

You call it back and you get multiple messages in different languages saying it's a survey, then it goes to noise and hangs up.

the calling number on my phone was 1-855-496-4285, I answered it and listened to the crap, when the girl asked if I was over 18 I answered yes and then she told me it was to do a short survey. I asked for a company name and was told Grenwich Associates and when I asked her name she gave me an employee number, then I asked for an address and was told they don't give that information out but offered an email address. I refused the email address and asked for at least a city name and again was told they don't give that out. I politely informed her that I am registered with the Canadian do not call registry and will be lodging a complaint as soon as I find out who they are and told her to never call my number again.

I really wish something could be done with all these telemarketers and scam artists. Yesterday I was home from work sick and had 2 visits at my door from "Healthtek Canada" wanting to do a survey on air quality. Sorry to them but at my doorstep I am not so polite.

Here is a good idea, why don't we all get the phone numbers for politicians in parliament and give it to these telemarketers and scammers and see if the government can really do something for the people for a change.

Telemarketing company doing survey and yes it includes for TD Bank!!

Told me they were from TD Canada Trust. I called TD as soon as I hung up and they don't have any knowledge of the #.

Caller ID read 855-496-4285 about 7:30 pm. Did not recognize number. Did not answer. No vmail left.

This is NOT from TD Bank.!! They just called me and I have never been in that bank.

I have the same exact problem. Them Calling my old house number and stating its td bank. Havent been there receiving the calls but keep getting calls from my grandmom stating they wont stop calling.

Decided to pick up as it was the second time I got a call from this number today. They asked for my entire name and it was weird. I asked who was calling and the man did not sound Nigerian. But Asian claiming to be from a research company. I informed him it was the wrong number and he was most apologetic. Told him no problem and hung up.

Someone called and ID'd himself as "Ashbar?" and asked to speak to my dog by his full name?  When I refused and tried numerous times to explain that my dog nor any other dog that I know could not talk he got fiercely angry and told me he was going to come to my house and kick my dog!  What the hell man?? My dog is just a puppy, we got him for the kid for Christmas, that's just cruel and sick.  These India scam artists need to be stopped once and for all.  They are either getting stupider and thinking they can fraud a dog, or thinking a a dog I a human? I don't know, this just needs to be stopped.

Hahahaha that's kinda funny actually.  Is that considered a prank call or scam? What was that Indian dude's intention? LOL

Do you have and MBNA credit Card? MBNA is owned by TD.  They have been trying to get me to do a survey for some time now

Answered the call and the background noise of other people talking was SO LOUD that the person that called me didn't hear me saying 'hello' and never said anything, so I don't know exactly why they were calling, but just the bg noise made it sound scammy.

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I never answer numbers that I don't recognize. If it was  really TD Bank
why do they not identify themselves on caller ID?
I had 2 phone calls just recently about my computer-it was going to be hacked in too. Ha I poured coffee on my keyboard(yes I know stupid). Nothing but scammers! What computer? Hack away on nothing, be my guest.

My mother has received several calls from this number, along with my daughter and neighbor asking to get in touch with my mother.  They also say they will stop by the house or her place of employment to get her to sign papers.  My mother does not work, and she is afraid when they mention coming by the house. She has no knowledge of they are calling about.

This is TD Canada Trust I just opened a business account there yesterday and this was a feedback survey on my visit.
