It's a phony number being used by a credit card scam. The number has been used for years in a PC threat virus scare pop-up window. Now it's been graduated to scam robocalls. Best to block it, or ignore it if you can.

One of those "congratulations on your excellent payment history" offers where this telemarketing company can get me "reduced interest rates on my credit card balances."  Two problems - I am on the "do not call" list (which is useless) AND I don't have any open credit card balances.  They call and call and call.

These people are just morons. They keep calling my business. I tell them this is a business and there is no way that they can make a sale here but they keep calling. If you know that you cannot make a sale then only a moron would keep calling over and over again expecting the a different result.

Looks like another scam number for the blocked list.

Called my landline on 10/24/16 at 3:48 PM. I answered and no one said anything. Idiot scammers, as usual.

Call log shows one attempt by this caller to breach my call screen feature.
I did an internet search of this number and found it is a computer ransom scam claiming to be Microsoft.

same thing, but these are not just innocent little scams, this is big time .  BLOCKED it .  Wish I could do more.  Why don't GD senators and congressmen spend their time make laws to put these [***] in jail.   Apparently this number somehow can put an app on your computer to infect it with a virus.....  google it

malicious ppl. block this number if you can.  Some dialer uses this to give to all kinds of bad ppl to steal and infect computers.  BLOCK THEM and call  your police dept and law enforcement to put a stop to it.

It's more effort for them to take your number out of the robo-dialer than to call you every day.

We NEVER answer unknown calls - ever - and no one should.  We have an answer machine for suspicious calls.

Called on cellphone. I don't answer toll free numbers and don't have voicemail. I will not call back.

Same old, same old.  "...because of your excellent payment history, you are now eligible for 0% interest ... "  We all are if you can pay off your bill every month in full.
