This number displayed when I returned home yesterday.  Looked it up on this website and then blocked.

No person or message. Also 855-328-6700. I blocked them.

Called at 7:30 am but left no message.  Based on comments here, this is a scam.

Told them that I was on a do not call list, that my credit cards are paid off that they could not be monitoring my cards and that they were told to take my number off the list.  The foreigner called me a liar.  I stated that if they called me again they will be reported and he tried to continue to talk. I hung up

VISA rewards center wanting to lower the interest rate on all of my credit cards.

Robocaller, criminal, scammer, crook, spammer, idiot

Folks, most of these scams are run from overseas.  (Please note the heavy accents).  These people could not care less about the "do not call" list or US law as as they are literally out of reach!

Started talking about my credit card so I hung up!

Robo caller about my credit card account, How nothing i wrong but I need to call immediately.  What ever.  .  Blocked

Called my cell and my husbands cell.  We do not answer unknown calls.  No voice mail left.  Added it to my reject list.  Annoying!!!!!

I've been getting 5-6 spoofed calls/day, so when I saw this number pop up, I figured I'd answer and get a little revenge. I got a recording and pressed "1" to talk to a person and waste their time (less people they can scam if I'm taking up their precious calling time, and if I press the other number to be taken off their calling list, they'll just keep calling since I'll have identified my number as a working number).  Guy with a heavy accent says I've been pre-qualified and selected to receive this special offer to lower my credit card interest rate based on my excellent credit history, never having missed payments, etc. (bologna). When asked several times, he said his company is called "Credit Card States" and that it works with (lists most popular banks).  "Which card would you like to use?" I said Visa.  He asked for the expiration date and I made one up.  He asked which Visa, and I argued with him that it's just a Visa card (hehe) and that I only have one kind.  He then said "no problem" for the millionth time and asked me to give him my credit card number starting with "4" so he could check my information from his end.  I said I had to find my card, put the phone on mute and speaker, and I set it down while I got some stuff done around the house. When he'd check back in "Hello?" I'd keep him on the line saying I was still looking for it.  Finally, I wanted to make a phone call so figured I'd end it. (insert exaggerated excited voice here) "Found it!  Before I give you my financial information, can you tell me how your program works?"  He gave me some crap about how they lower my interest rate to 6% for my whole lifetime. I told him mine's already lower than 6%, so I don't see how that would help. He argued that my rate is just a promotional deal, but he's offering 6% for my entire lifetime.  We argued (and kept him on the phone a little longer since he talked over me, giving me the idea to constantly repeat myself) while I explained that my promotional rate was actually 0% and now it's set permanently lower than 6%. He asked for my card number again so he could check details from his end. I happily argued with him until he finally asked, "Do you want me to lower your interest rate or not?!" I repeated that mine is already lower than his program offers, so I won't need his service.  He hung up. Mission accomplished.  To the people whose day went uninterrupted by the time I kept this guy on the phone, you're welcome. ;-) Next time they call on my day off, I'm going to try out my best New Jersey accent and pretend I'm hard of hearing.

Scam call, it's best not to give the caller any of your information. The purpose of the call is to take your money.   During my conversation with the caller we alternated languages between English and Hindi. I have the equivalent to a 4th grade comprehension of his native tongue.   My parents are from the same city as he was calling from.    These callers reflect poorly on the culture...I am embarrassed.

855-653-4481 left a message stating "congratulations! and that i had until january 1, 2017 to accept their limited time offer to accept 0% interest on all of my credit cards.

Credit card scam

I just got a call from this number and pressed 1 as well.  When I asked what company they said "the head office, we represent hundreds of banks."  They kept asking which credit card I had, and I told them they should know since they called me. Told them I didn't feel comfortable giving that information out since they called me, and wanted to know if they had a number I could call them back on.  He told me he didn't feel comfortable giving that information out, called me an idiot and then hung up.  He was obviously pissed I didn't give him my info...

No messaged left.  Blocked.

SCAM from a credit card company. I told them I did not have a credit card and they hung up.

Received a call from this number to my cell, didn't answer, no voice mail message left.
