This Robocall came at 12:24 AM and woke us up. I'm on the Gov't. Do Not Call List which is worthless.

Just got a call at4:08 Am!!!  When I answered (because I automatically do at 4 in the morning)  no one was there.  The government has got to do something about these calls.  Now I can't go back to sleep!

Ever think YOU could do something-like get a CALL BLOCKER or assign the number a silent ringtone?

Called at 3:22 am CST no message.  Who calls at that hour of the morning but scammers

I got a credit card call from this number at 2:30 AM this morning. No excuse for that!

These as***less called at 3:24AM. I'd love to get my hands on them.

called at 9am on a sunday.  really? total scam BS.  the purpose of which makes no sense. annoying.

Robocall:  Congratulations!  This is your Visa and MasterCard service.  We have been monitoring... and you have been selected for a zero interest rate... Press 3..."

Nobody represents BOTH Visa AND Mastercard because they are competitors.

Never press anything when these guys are on the line.

I do have call blockers  but you have to receive a call first before you can block it!  It's just so frustrating because they constantly change their number.

Some scam about a Visa rewards program. These losers can't just go to school, learn a skill, and get a real job. Instead they have to bother people and try to scam them.

I received a call from this number at 5:56 in the MORNING. I was on my way to work, and the phone rang. At first, I thought it was an important call. When I saw the number on my caller id, I was furious!!  Seriously??!!!  It's not even 6 AM!!!!

And you're expecting the Government to stop everything and fix a problem that you're having...unrealistic

Total credit card SCAM. The robo-call recording is on a loop and even when you attempt to follow the "prompts" the recording just starts again at the beginning. Option #3 is supposed to get you OFF of their list... which brings you right back to the beginning of the recording. Trying to call the number back for a "delete" option is impossible because it requires and "access code". Complete and total B.S. They calim they will give you 0% interest on ALL of your credit cards. Of course that means you will need to give them your credit card account numbers and if you are an idiot you might actually do that.

I had fun with them this time, frickin' scammers, I thought I'd try a different approach. Instead of playing along to waste their time, I started in with "Who gave you authorization to monitor my credit?" They didn't know how to handle that one, they just kind of stammered and repeated the "Your excellent payment history you qualify for a 0% interest on your card" and again I said, "Who gave you authorization to monitor my credit?" Eventually "Mr. India Sweat Shop Operator" got tired of me asking "Who gave you authorization to monitor my credit?" and hung up. Though I did get to waste at least 3 minutes of his time!!! ROTFLMAO!!!

He said he had 2 [***] on the line, buy one, get one free. That was after telling them to take me off their list. I say that in case they actually think of themselves as legit. That tends to get the dumbass comments flowing from them.
