Called cell today at 3:15pm.  We never answer unknown calls.  No message left.  Now blocked!
I see that they also called at 12:50pm.

Called my cell. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.

It was Time Warner. Are you wondering why your cable is not working now?

Answered and "David Goodman"  id'd himself as calling from Publishers Clearing House saying we won. He wanted to keep us talking but we hung up.  It's a scam!

Automated call from Spectrum (formerly Time Warner) with a reminder to trade in and upgrade my Internet modem for free. I am a Spectrum customer; nothing suspicious about this. Perfectly legit call.

Called 11-18-17 @ 10:47AM EST.  Automated call from my internet provider (Spectrum) alerting me to a free upgrade in my download speed.

This is Specrrum Cable (formerly Time Warner) calling because I reported my cable out of service.

Just because it's legit for YOU doesn't mean it will be legit for others as scammers do spoof legit numbers

Caller ID states, "Spectrum"... Legit robo call from Spectrum, stating internet speed has been upped for free to subscribers~!  Hopefully this was them, and not a scammer~!

Called... did not answer... CID as indicated... message left from "Spectrum" advising me that they had increased my Internet speed at no additional charge to me.  Just one small problem... they ARE NOT my service provider.  I have had Spectrum in the past... but it's been awhile... you would think their Customer database would no longer include my name and number.  Sketchy...

Caller has no cid.  Won't answer when this anonymous calls.

I received a call from: V5161559480 (Caller ID) the number it was associated with was 855-707-7328. I answered it and there was nothing. Obviously someone is spoofing the Spectrum number.

I had no cable trouble, caller never left message either.

It is Spectrum calling to see if your order or changes are fine now.

Called ID and person on phone said (with an accent from India) he was from Spectrum.  He told me I could reduce my bill by bundling my services.  I told him that if he were really from Spectrum that he would know that I already bundle my TV, Internet and Phone.  He kept talking about reducing my monthly bill.  I asked him what it would be.
He then wanted to know how many TVs I have.  I told him once again, that if he were from Spectrum he would know.  I told him 2 sets and asked what price he was offering.  He came back with a price that was more than I am paying.  I told him he was a fraud and hung up!

Called at noon. ID said Toll Free Call. Didn't answer. Not a Spectrum/Time Warner anymore.

Answered because caller ID said call was from Spectrum and our area has that service. No one on other end.

The message left was an automated recording saying that changes had been made to my Spectrum account and to contact them if we had not made changes. I called Spectrum and spoke with someone who assured me that no changes had been made.  She said that I was the third call she had received today asking the same question and no changes had been made to their accounts either. She thought the recording has been directed to the wrong accounts and that everyone in her office will be having a very busy day

Bad connection. Person insisted on talking but cell phone was garbled. Couldn't figure out what he was trying to say.
