I had a missed call at 2am from this number, it also showed as RACHEL AND FRANK in my caller ID. I wished I had answered, not sure if it was a coincidence or not my daughters phone was stolen right around the same time

I do not owe 74.99 I never miss a payment and I have proof through my bank! I am very upset that you can't get my bill right!! I need to speak to someone to get this straightened up!! My  number...5024350863

Regina, do you have any clue that your reply was to the first person to post here (in 2016), and not to Spectrum? Spectrum may or may not be making the calls, and they are almost assuredly NOT reading these comments.
I called the number I usually use to contact Spectrum, and the representative said they were working on "glitches" with the system that calls customers about a past-due balance.

(855)707-7328....They called claiming I had an appointment to fix my service. When I do not my service was working just fine. I hung up because it sounded like a scam lots of noise in the background and the man could barely speak English. The caller ID said spectrum so I don't know I told the man before hanging up that I had no appointment and nobody was outside and that he must have the wrong number.

Been receiving 2-3 calls a day showing up as "Rachel and Frank" they leave automated voicemails every time, but half the message is cut off.  All I gathered was something about me having an appointment... Only, I have never had service with spectrum or time warner. 🤷🏼‍♀️Jess

ID read “TOLL FREE CALL”.  If it was Spectrum, they must have been trying tosell me something because I've never been a spectrum customer.  Blocked.

855-707-7328 calling and leaving voicemal purporting to be from Spectrum and notifying customers about account changes. Contacted Spectrum customer service who indicated this 855-707-7328 is not from them(Spectrum). Blocked number, in addition to reporting it here at 800notes.

I got three separate calls about moving services by three different people, each time they asked the same question, but the 3rd time was a little odd because they were trying to get me to call a separate number. So i went to Spectrum online and spoke to a representative about my issue and it was solved instantly. Very suspicious IMO.

Automated call updates from Charter Spectrum (cable and internet service) with scheduled service call time and time change/delay updates.

Same as this. Not really Spectrum. Possible phishing scammer with an India accent. Hung up and blocked the number.

Typical . . . call arrived; no I.D., no message left.

Caller was a Oriental man posing as a Spectrum Rep, offering me cheaper service from Spectrum. I hung up and blocked number.

Received one call today, no message, and three in a row within 5 minutes of each other back on June 9. If it is Spectrum, they should be ashamed.

IF this was a legitimate call from Spectrum they should have left a msg.  Suspect scam.

3 calls at 12:01 am on 1/22/2020 n 6 calls at 9:33 pm on same date. No message left. No answer when calling it back..

Female caller from India saying she was from Spectrum and I was paying over $100/mo. for my service. I don't have Spectrum so this is a scam. Came through as " toll-free call".
